Hello @Dayr123!
You can do the Ds 160 for your fiance and write in all his information. Once you are done, he can review everything and electronically sign it. That way his time online is less $. You can download every page of the Ds-160 before submitting it and send it on a pdf file for your fiance to review and later he can just connect to the internet to electronically sign it. But at the end, the most important thing is that your fiance is aware of what questions that are asked in the Ds-160 and that he corroborates that all the info is correct. If he cannot connect to the internet, you can electronically sign the ds-160 on his behalf. The Ds-160 confirmation page will be very important to bring to the interview.
And then you pay the ds-160 fee and immediately can schedule an appointment on that same website. The embassy is not going to make the appointment for you

Felicidades Forena!! I love going through Fort Lauderdale it's always cheaper & faster than Miami. I'm planning on traveling & coming back with my fiancé through there. I'm hear to see he didn't have any issues at the airport.

I can only imagine how nice it was to see your fiancé's face. I can't wait to experience it with my fiancé!

How do the changes announced by the President on June 16, 2017 affect individual people-to-people travelers who have already begun making their travel arrangements (such as purchasing flights, hotels, or rental cars)? The announced changes do not take effect until OFAC issues new regulations. Provided that the traveler has already completed at least one travel-related transaction (such as purchasing a flight or reserving accommodation) prior to the President’s announcement on June 16, 2017, all additional travel-related transactions for that trip, whether the trip occurs before or after OFAC’s new regulations are issued, would also be authorized, provided the travel-related transactions are consistent with OFAC’s regulations as of June 16, 2017.
