You will need a waiver if you file a petition for your new woman as it less than two years since you filed for the first one.
But filing a petition after one meeting? What's the rush? Take time to get to know her better to avoid a repeat of the previous story.

The correct answer was "Yes" he did over stay a visa as it was a visa in his name even though he was a child.
The fact he was under 18, well under 18 by what you put, that overstay would be forgiven and he would not deal with any sort of ban.
Always be upfront and honest on forms. Lying on forms, regardless if he would be held accountable or not for an overstay, can cause worse problems for him now.

Interview time as for K-1, CR-1?? What country??
If you mean you've already booked your ticket for travel for 10 days after your interview for those, then yes you should be concerned.
Key thing with any interview for any visa is never ever make travel reservations until you have the visa in hand, because you do not know the outcome of the interview, and you do not know how long it will take for them to process the visa.

Don't think you need them at all; but copies would be fine... they don't have any seals/stamps or anything on them so...

Sounds like the OP had no plan on coming to stay or get married... if she proposes while he is here and they do marry, then he can adjust status as it was not planned..
Now if the OP has things back home he needs to deal with, perhaps the K-1 is a good route. The OP could go home and take care of his ordeals while the visa processes.
If he can just stay here with no issues then go for it. Again does not sound like it was the OP's intent at all to come get married so we can't say that it would be fraud.

I'm not going in the specifics of what the OP actually desires for his wife's sisters to do while they are here.
Simply stating tourist visas are only way for them to actually come....
Correct it is not allowed to work on a tourist visa. That in itself is common sense.
As to be there present for the birth of the child and simply see their niece/nephew, is allowd.
What the OP does is of their own decision and I do not condone or recommend violating any sort of terms of any visa. Just again stating that is their only option in reality of having their family members in the US in a quick manner.

Nope. As stated you're an adult, and can do whatever you want to, they can't "send you back" unless you let them. Being gay is not illegal in the US so they have no 'legal' grounds to even try.

Ben&Zian got a reaction from Laleh in Opening a US bank account from overseas - which bank (re-establishing domicile)
This is a good point. Sometimes when dealing with banks/money transfers and such from over seas, it throws an alert in their system and they stop the process.
I can't even send money transfers (Western union, ect..) when over seas because they get an alert. I have to call them and talk to a supervisor, then usually send in a copy of my ID or passport to show them I am the one actually doing the transfer and that my credit card wasn't stolen.
Perhaps even with BOA this could work for you in that regard? Just verify with them you are the one opening the account in your own name?

There are a few banks online you can use for online accounts, and create them from abroad... I don't know if they could be used as proving domicile though...
Perhaps you can look into this one... I have a "second" bank account with them I created when I was in Iraq years ago just to throw some automatic withdrawls into as an emergency fund type thing...
    https://home.capitalone360.com/
It used to be ING Direct but was bought out I guess by Capital One a few years ago or something.. again I just forget it exists most the time... but perhaps good for you to look into and see if they actually would work for you in your attempt to prove domicile. Good luck and maybe some other members have other suggestions for you.

Doubt "forgiveness" or a "pardon" will be given after being deported, then illegally re-entering and then committing a felony and getting deported a second time... Remember who is going to be the President soon? People hope that kids being involved would maybe "lessen" the blow or punishments; but if it did, then everyone would just be having kids for no reason but to use as pawns....
