Immediately contact the consulate and explain the circumstances. They have the discretion to re-issue the visa after a new medical. Good luck. -

There is no invoice number for a K-1 case. Are you trying to log in CEAC for immigrant cases or non-immigrant cases?

We did it for one of my wife's international trips when she had an extension letter.

The extension letter overrides the date on the card.

The extension letter extended the expiration date which was printed on the card. That is the new expiration date.

The ability to financially qualify for sponsorship will be based on his proof of non-taxable income which he will have to provide as supporting documentation....not what is entered in boxes 24 a-c on the I-864. Like I said, a formal letter is fine as an explanation of taxes not filed also.

Writing "Income was below reporting threshold" on the I-864 is a written explanation.

I would write "N/A" Then, indicate the reason beside the boxes. If you were not required to file for those years, you can write "Reportable Income below reporting threshold" beside the boxes if that was the reason.
