  1. There is no "DQ" for K-1s. NVC will assign a DOS case number, then forward the case to the consulate. Living together is not a red flag. If anything, it shows more time together.
  2. In Edge, I can delete a single browser cookie. I'm not sure about Safari....I was able to clear Safai data on my Ipad like this: Open the Settings app on Ipad, then select Safari. Scroll down, then select Clear History and Website Data. Tap Clear History and Data to confirm. Then, close Safai and try to access VJ again.
  3. No. From what I have seen, it is a browser issue, but a server issue, too.. The issue resolves if I just delete one cookie.
  4. Verbal "approvals" have no value. They mean absolutely nothing. "Administrative Processing" can mean anything....and there is no time frame for competition.
  5. Thanks for finding that. "Use of the foreign passport to travel to or from a country other than the United States..."
  6. If in doubt, ALWAYS take the documents. The Consulate Officer is THE SOLE approval authority for visas. No one who has processed the case to this point is in a position to approve it.
  7. I don't see an issue. Good luck. You will be rid of USCIS soon.
  8. OP applied for citizenship in Feb 2024. I think this is a 5 year rule case.
  9. If you didn't file too early based on the REAL date, I don't see an issue. When and how did you find out?
  10. The language about IP being logged, etc. is a standard response when that error is thrown by the server. Every time I have gotten that error, deleting an odd looking VJ browser cookie resolved the issue for days or weeks. Deleting just the VJ cookie didn't affect any other web site info.
  11. Wife's non-judicial oath ceremony was like that. We had to be there at 7:30am.....but the ceremony didn't start until around 9:30am. They actually did a good job of getting everyone processed as there were more than 1,000 new citizens sworn in during that ceremony.
  12. Generally, K-1 cases (more so than others) are processed in order of receipt. But as the late, great @geowrian used to say, "USCIS service centers are like a large grocery store. Some lines are just a little faster than others". In all honesty, no case is the same. Individual background checks, individual adjudicator workload, etc. also play a part in the processing speed. The only instance I can recall of not generally processing in order was with I-751s a couple years ago. Patience really is a virtue when it comes to immigration matters. The journey is long and difficult for most couples.
  13. ***Non-contributory comment removed*** @Christelle830, members are trying to help you***
  14. ***A site related comment was removed and added to the issue thread****
  15. It is due to server settings and/or a VPN being used. I don't think you have been hacked.
  16. To answer your question, administrative processing can be neither waived nor expedited.
  17. I disagree....and all the state polls I've seen say otherwise. Trump is rebuilding the Red Rust Wall in the north, and he is currently leading in all the other swing states.
  18. You can file as of 11 / 14 / 2024. I would wait a couple days after that.
  19. Be aware that even some traditional (not civil) marriages have been denied at the interview level in some consulates. Please keep us updated as your experience will be valuable to others in this situation.
  20. I don't know what kind of personal information you mean....As I said, I would change my password. Are you using an iphone? A VPN? You can also contact @Captain Ewok, the site administrator for site related questions.
  21. I would change my VJ password to a strong one. Are you using an iphone? The most a person could do with your VJ credentials is to post spam.....and I haven't seen any posted by your account. Moderators CLOSELY watch for that here......we watch VERY, VERY closely.
