  1. This is concerning since you received this email after both a DS-5535 and a WOM. How do they normally respond to a WOM?
  2. If filing under the 3 year rule, you provide for the last 3 years...since the time you became a Green Card holder.
  3. The immigrant fee should have been paid after the interview. Until you pay it, a plastic Green Card will not be mailed. USCIS Immigrant Fee | USCIS
  4. She now waits for the plastic Green card to be automatically mailed....if you paid the $220 immigrant fee.
  5. Text messages from USCIS are very unreliable. If you sent the correct fee and signed the forms, all is OK for now. Patience is still the key. This ride has just begun. Fortunately, the I-751 is the last hard part of the process. It gets much easier for the N-400.
  6. Your child does not need to be present (nor would I recommend taking the child). I think your arrival time is fine.
  7. Our USCIS officer wanted to see evidence of marriage for the gap between filing the I-751 and combo interview date. The gap was 44 months. I took a several bank statements from beginning to end of the gap, along with a clear paper trail of our leases and addresses during that time. The officer was most interested in the leases and drivers licenses to show us at the same address. I also gave him the bank statements. He was also interested in the ADIT stamp wife received after the I-751 extension letter expired. He even gave me the option of staying in the room for the N-400.
  8. As I always told my troops when I was active-duty U.S Air Force "Over prepared is fully prepared". If in doubt, spouse should attend. In my case, local office notified us 2 days prior that I was required to attend along with wife for combo interview.
  9. That will suffice for tax info.
  10. Currently 3-6 months after filing (along with the I-1485).
  11. No. The I-485 (adjustment of Status application after priority date becomes current) will be the basis for filing the I-765 and I-131. A filed and approved I-130, itself, confers no immigration, travel, or work rights. You are now, likely, in the waiting period for the next several years. I think your spouse will be a US citizen before the F2a is current.
  12. Along with supporting documentation, I assume?
  13. Your priority date will be shown on the I-130 receipt notice the petitioner received.
  14. There is no requirement for a foreign spouse to provide tax returns. In addition, your spouse was not required to file a tax return. Can you post a copy of the request?
  15. You both had letters of intent in the package, correct? Yes, USCIS loses things, unfortunately.
  16. Sounds like they want a signed letter of intent to marry within 90 days of US entry from the beneficiary. That's all you should send.
  17. Yes. The I-485 packages were sent a couple months ago.
  18. Married: 11/19/2018 Green Card Approved: 11/18/2019 Separated: 8/2020 Filed Joint I-751: 9/2021
