    Hi everyone! I received the best of news! USCIS has scheduled an interview for mi AOS green card (through K1)! They scheduled the interview for June 5th, and my PD was March 7th so it has been extremely quick! I guess that they are not going to approve my EAD since the i485 interview is 4 weeks from today but this is better anyway. My case was an IOE and National Benefits Center

    It keeps delaying my estimate as well... it has change already 4 times. It started saying 14-20 April, now it says 26May-9June. I am losing hope...

    Can I ask how much for your EAD? Mine also changed drastically after biometrics. I know we rather ignore these numbers but anyway

    Hello everyone! You can see my timeline in my profile. I did my biometrics on march 31st but I am now so worried, after the biometrics my USCIS progress tab for the I765 went from 2 months to 12 months! (and 26 months for the I485) No action required. What does this mean?? Is it really going to take that long? I thought that after the biometrics it would be a matter of a month at most and that's whay visajourney tells me... I don't know but I feel desperate. Any help? Hugs!

    Hi everyone, so I already filled and submitted my DS160 for the K1 visa which is 'Ready'. Then I went to do the payment but it doesn't let me. I get redirected to 'There are no available appointments at this time. Please check back in a few days as the Consular Section will open more appointments'. Does anybody know how often does Madrid embassy open new appointments for K1? Also, I can't pay because there are no appointments available? Otherwise why do I get sent back to that message? Thanks everyone!
