  2. Your case is being reviewed....along with their process. It is normal procedure. Anything odd about your case?
  3. 1. You must either live in the US or have concrete plans to relocate to the US. You also must have filed taxes for the 3 most recent tax years (assuming income is above the filing threshold). Your Aunt can serve as a Joint Sponsor, but that does not negate the need for your domicile or tax situation. 2. You fill out an I-130 for each person (3). Your sister will NOT be able to immigrate with your parents. They are different visa categories. Through you, it will take 20+ years for sister to immigrate to the US. 3. See #2 above.

  5. Yes. I don't think an AR-11 is important since you haven't moved. Your correspondence will be sent to the mailing address on the I-751.
  6. Fill in the correct Mailing address and correct physical address on the I-751. Mark item # 16 as "Yes".

  8. It looks pretty clear, to me, that the Biden administration acted again without proper Congressional authority.

  11. Yes, if you are paying child support, add them as a household member.
  12. Thank you. It was my honor to serve.
  13. No, I did not receive any preferential treatment at all. I was retired military when we started wife's spousal visa process.
  14. Congratulations......no more USCIS worries. I strongly, strongly advise anyone with a pending I-751 to bring the US spouse to the N-400 interview!!!!!! By policy, USCIS will deny both the I-751 and the N-400 cases where the US spouse does not appear for a combo/joint interview.
  15. Yep. I certainly didn't vote for Bernie thinking he was the strongest candidate to face the Republican on the ballot....nor did I vote for Bernie's party in the General election.
  16. and just to add.....In Pennsylvania (one of 10 closed primary states), independents cannot vote (in primary elections).
  17. Pennsylvania is a closed primary state. In order to vote "against" a Republican candidate in the primary (or to promote a candidate he most wanted to face the dem), he was required to register as a Republican. That is very plausible. I voted for Bernie in a primary once....I am no democrat.
  18. Google your US Senator, and find the link for immigration or government agency issues help.

  20. I hope they release what they find on his phone. I think he was a very sick kid who took the constant, 8 year, vile leftist rhetoric seriously.
