  1. If her Green Card is unexpired, no issues regarding entry. **Moved to Working & Traveling during US immigration***
  2. Congratulations on passing your interview. Today is a happy for you. Many people wait for weeks after their interview to take the oath.
  3. This will reverse the convictions. SELECTIVE PROSECUTION-NY refused to prosecute Hillary for a very, very similar "crime" in the 2016 election. The Steele dossier cost was listed as a legal expense.....and we know the Steele document was intended to interfere with the election.
  4. Not correct. All green card applicants are subject to the public charge provisions other than applications as asylee, refuge, or victims of violence, or similar.
  5. The first step is to contact the consulate and ask them to accept your DCF case. There is no downside to asking. Do NOT submit an I-130 to USCIS unless the consulate declines your request.
  6. I would expect some scrutiny, might be smooth. I would not overstay...period.
  7. As explained by the alert at the top of this page, an address change can be done in multiple ways....case closed. CoA - Change of Address (uscis.gov)
  8. When wife interviewed, it appeared the questions were selected by their computer system. She was asked none of the questions above. I would advise you to learn all 100.
  9. Yep. There seem to be a LOT consulate specific procedures these days.....LOL. Thanks for sharing the UK process.
  10. I'm not sure about London, but Some locations require a copy of the interview letter to book the medical. I agree that later is better for the reason you stated.
  11. ***Moved to the UK regional forum as these are consulate specific questions****
  12. ***One hijack comment/question removed in lieu of a new topic which was stated earlier***
  13. As it stands today 6/9/2024: 1. After 5 years as a Green Card holder. 2. 5 Years as a Green Card holder & at least 65 years old before qualifying for Medicare. Also, normally 40 quarters (10 years) of work credit by immigrant or spouse for free Part A. They might be able to buy in at 65+ years old....if they have been Green card holders for 5 years. In 2023, the buy-in cost for qualifying people was roughly $670 per month for Parts A & B. (exceptions may apply). I wouldn't even guess as to what the healthcare system will look like in 20 years. 3. Yes 4. About 20+ years. Visa numbers are just now available for those who have priority date (I-130 submission) of Jul 2007.
  14. It is definitely possible since all visitors are already assumed to have the intent to stay.
  15. It would be highly advised to be prepared to show strong ties to her country. Having a spouse inside the US, likely, a difficult obstacle to overcome.
  16. There is no 90 day rule. Read and study this guide, then you will be more prepared to ask questions. Good luck. Be aware of the travel and work restrictions associated with adjustment of status.
  17. How can you commit election fraud after an election? This is political persecution which will be reversed, imho....but the 2024 election interference is already done.
  18. Too early right now. OP's Green Card doesn't expire until 1/31/2025. But, yes, OP needs to be aware of that. It's a biggie.
  19. Shouldn't it be 3 years -90 days from the Resident Since date (for N-400)?
  20. Agree with @OldUser and @Lil bear. Approved I-129fs die after 4 months. It shouldn't have any negative effects on an I-130. Good luck.
