    Remember that Trump attorneys tried to get the judge to delay the whole trial until after SCOTUS had ruled on this matter. He refused. That decision by this acting judge could prove to be monumental.

    Based on the part of the SCOTUS ruling which says that evidence regarding a POTUS in his official duties cannot be used in any trial, he might just have to vacate the verdicts.

    Judge Merchan in the NY "Hush Money" case has now delayed Trump's sentencing from Jul 11 to mid September.......after his formal nomination as the Republican candidate will have taken place. The Trump attorneys have asked Merchan to throw out the verdect in light of the SCOTUS ruling.

    I have not seen a case which was assessed a penalty.

    File a proper I-751 package asap....along with a letter explaining the good reason for a late I-751. The penalty for NOT submitting an I-751 can be removal proceeding.

    If you married within 90 days after entering via a K-1, you do not need an I-130.

    Appears to be a K-1 case. The K-1 entrant could have (and should have) filed for SSN BEFORE marriage. That is the VJ recommended process.

    TDS is real. They would sell their souls to get Trump in an orange jumpsuit. It's just sickening that they cannot see that a POTUS MUST be shielded for official acts. These critics, seemingly, didn't read the court's decision. Chief Justice Roberts said "The President is not above the law". It has always been assumed that a POTUS is shielded from official acts. Legislators have immunity. Judicial branch has immunity. But, because this assumed immunity, now solidified in this decision, applies to Trump, the leftists are going crazy. These people are truly sick, imo. I have news for them all. They better buckle up! The red wave was delayed.....but there is a red hue on the horizon.

    Just watched Biden speak. What a weak statement. Did he not, just recently, talk about respecting the judicial branch of the government?

    Both letters should have gone to USCIS with the initial I-129f. Who sent you this email? Was this a RFE from USCIS?

    I just saw that Hunter Biden is urging Joe to stay the course and remain in the race....Hahahahaha! I'm sure after Joe pardons him, he might change his mind.

    Seems the decision also says evidence from official acts cannot be used in any trial. This might blow up some the cases against Trump....even the NY case.

    Looks like Presidents are entitled to absolute immunity for all official acts....and presumptive immunity for other acts. Some aspects being sent back to lower court.     As of now, I think replacing Biden on the ticket (short of his resignation as POTATUS) is unlikely. Seems Jill is fighting it and blaming his prep team.

    Use of Marijuana is a Federal offense in the US. Consulate Officers sometime issue an automatic ban for a year, during which time applicants are required to take drug tests. Please keep us updated.

    She should have a 48 month extension letter. She can file for citizenship when qualified even if she has a pending I-751.
