    The Biden supporters who think Trump can be stopped by any candidate are just lying to themselves. They are going to wake up on November 6th to the election of a Republican POTUS, a Republican Senate, and a Republican House of Representatives.     Yep. Exactly. It all hinges on the discretion of the issuing consulate instead of USCIS.

    It might be possible. I know of one such case which was re-validated. Research "Re-validation of K-1 visa". Read this article carefully There are conditions.     Another thing. I live in the east DFW area in Dallas county, and I have flown in & out of both DFW and IAH many times. I absolutely hate the traffic in Houston. I am not joking when I say that even my GPS has been confused driving there. LOL

    As long as she filed a proper I-485, she is granted "authorized stay" in the US until the I-485 has been either approved or denied.     Yes. An RFIE for an I-485 normally halts the processing of the EAD since the I-485 is the basis for the I-765. Once USCIS has cleared your response, processing will continue for both forms.
