How is husband immigrating to the US? Work visa? Marriage visa? There is still basic information missing.

Seems, to me, that isn't a loophole, but rather the opposite (at least on the first round). Besides, it would be anti-democratic to vote other than the will of the millions who voted for Biden and Harris. The dems are being revealed as to their true nature...as hypocrites.

You can still travel with expired Green Card and unexpired extension letter until you take the oath. I doubt USCIS will give an ADIT stamp with approved I-751. You might still get a 10 year card. Some people do. My wife received a letter which stated she would not. ***Moved to Working & Traveling during US immigration***

Recheck all your answers. How was the "not qualified" message worded?

If she has been a Green Card holder for 5 years (minus 90 days), she has met that part of the requirements. Perhaps she is not qualified based on some other answer. Did it say she is not qualified...or did it say she might not be qualified.

I see no basis for appeal.

I have read that an F1 student who quits school (except admitted as D/S) has 10 days in which to leave the US.

It is actually "Have been found in violation of any customs, immigration or agriculture regulations or laws in any country;" Eligibility for Global Entry | U.S. Customs and Border Protection (cbp.gov)

If you sent the current form, then there is likely something else wrong with the package. I have seen this happen, although it has been a while. I would go to the USCIS website, download a new form, and review the guide here on VJ before resubmitting a completely new package. . Good luck.

Fact: County Voter registration kiosks were sitting right outside the door the day my wife took her oath in 2023 at the Plano Civic Center in Plano, Texas. Several surrounding county offices were represented. They allowed her to fill out the registration form on the spot. Two weeks later, wife received her voter registration card from our county (Dallas).

That is a common misconception, imo. Most all of the processing time is because petitions sit in a pile until a human can open them, check that the basics are there, process the payment, and finally send receipt notices. That is just to enter them into the system. When a petition arrives, there are already thousands of petitions in the pipeline awaiting processing. At the California Service Center, there is More waiting and sitting in another pile. There, every petition package must be scrutinized by human eyes to ensure that the petitioner and beneficiary meet the requirements to continue the I-129f process. I am also knowledgeable in IT. I see no way to take the human aspect out of the process. The only solution, in my mind is hiring more humans. To do that, fees would have to be an enormously increased. This part of immigration is self supported by us. ---Just my observations over the last 8 years here.

That is always the case for any visitor. Every person seeking admission as a visitor is already assumed to have immigrant intent.

Coming to the US as a visitor with the intent to marry is perfectly legal. Coming to the US as a visitor with the intent to stay and adjust status is visa fraud. If asked, she must tell the truth.

The name discrepancy might be cleared up if she carries a name change documents such as marriage certificate to connect the dots between the names. There are no customs checks or stamps when exiting the US, so no one gets an exit stamp. I don't know of any requirement for a US passport to have foreign stamps. Some countries don't use them.
