Some people looked at that as the strongest case against Trump. The NY case will, if it survives appeals, won't result in jail time, and the Georgia case is falling apart. There must be a LOT of disappointed dems crying right now.

The crux of the dem message from the start has been that "Trump must be stopped." "If Trump gets back in the White House, the country will go away". I have heard this over and over and over and over again. Is it really that surprising that someone, who might be a bit imbalanced, believed that nonsense? It will be interesting to see if The View, MSNBC, and CNN alter their rhetoric. Personally, I don't think they will...or can. Some of them are very sick mentally, imo.

What would you call misrepresenting the intent of a visa? She should have applied for a B2. That is the proper visa.

She does not qualify for a Green Card. It is not a glorified tourist visa. Who advised you to do this? The CO will, likely, deny the application.

Work permits and advance parole are not applicable to immigrant visas. You might want to study the spousal visa guides here on VJ. You spouse might qualify for DCF (direct consular filing) if you have exceptional circumstances. All processing would be done at the consulate. The other route is to begin the spousal visa process by the US spouse submitting the I-130 to USCIS. Good luck and welcome to Visa Journey.

1. Wait until BOTH cases are at NVC. 2. Then, Pay fees and submit documents after BOTH cases are at NVC. 3. Contact NVC and the consulate to request both cases be interviewed together.
