  1. The 3 year old marriage is invalid for US immigration.
  2. Based on a very sufficient annual income, you don't need a joint sponsor, and you don't need to use assets.....I am 100% confident.
  3. Taxes are irrelevant when calculating current annual income unless you are self-employed. As I said, your question comes up often. As an employee, USCIS will use your paystubs to evaluate your ability to support a new immigrant in the future...not what you reported to the IRS over the past 3 years.
  4. I don't see a problem with your current annual income. We see inaccurate attorney advice from time to time. Your question is not unique. We see this question frequently.
  5. What is your current annual income now? Curren annual income is calculated as follows: Gross income from most recent pay period multiplied times the number of pay periods in 12 months = current annual income. Do that for both jobs, then add them. For a 4 person household, $40K is not enough for income needed for the I-864 (when applying for Adjustment of Status), imo, since $39K is the I-864p level.
  6. Agree. Divorce wife #2, then roll the dice.....
  7. The attorney is wrong.. What is the source of your income? "Qualifying" income means documentable and sufficient.
  8. Taxes are not important unless you are self-employed. CURRENT annual income is king.
  9. 1. Qualifying income doesn't have to be taxable. If you have documentable, qualifying income (taxable or not), you can use it. 2. Using a primary residence would be difficult.
  10. Very interesting that USCIS will scrutinize the entire living arrangements, not just marriages....and the later ramifications are significant.
  11. I think the barrage of dem elites pressuring Biden out has begun. I read he is still resisting.
  12. @Family asked the important question.
  13. Who is his petitioner? Wife #1 or wife #2?
  14. Who is the petitioner? What visa category? Sounds like he is not qualified to receive a spousal visa. 9 FAM 302.12 (U) INELIGIBILITY BASED ON OTHER ACTIVITIES - INA 212(A)(10) (state.gov) U) INA 212(a)(10)(A) provides that an IV applicant who is coming to the United States to practice polygamy is ineligible for a visa. 9 FAM 302.12-2(B) (U) ...
  15. What we have right now is 50 shades of corrupt.
  16. In other words, your case is in a pile waiting to be entered into their system.
  17. The case is dead....or in its final stages of life.....Trump's Justice Department will decline to take it forward.
  18. I don't see him listed as an exception. Am I missing it? "Yes" would be a safe answer, imo. Otherwise, USCIS could ask for a reason why he is not subject to Public Charge. It has happened for other people who answered "No". As you know, most Adjust of Status applicants are subject to Public Charge.
  19. LOL!!!!!!! This clown Braddock is comparing apples and oranges......He is comparing Biden's words to a group of people he sees as extreme. Very slick...but dishonest. What the pundits forget is that TRUMP WAS ACTUALLY SHOT!!! In addition, he takes Trump's words out of context.......shamelessly.
  20. Van Jones, Trumper hater, said "This is a terrible day...A bullet couldn't stop Trump, but a virus stopped Joe Biden"
  21. Maybe starting on Nov 5th and in January......certainly won't start before.
