Did you send them under additional evidence?

Hello, I am preparing for the evidence that needs to be sent in. Applying under the 5 year rule since I am divorced. On the list of evidence is listed: Current marriage certificate and previous marriage documents There it says: Upload a copy of your current marriage certificate. Also upload any divorce decrees, annulment decrees, or death certificates showing that your prior marriages, and your spouse's prior marriages, were terminated (if applicable). Now, since I am divorced, do I still have to send in the marriage certificate, even though I am now divorced? Do I sent both in? Marriage certificate and divorce decree? Or just divorce decree?? Any one filed and were in the same situation? Thanks for any help.

Hi there, so I actually checked the translated document again. The translator does certify accuracy and completeness. The date is on it printed name and signature etc. so basically all correct the way USCIS wants it. Now, the only thing is the translation document is almost 14 years old. I don't think this should be an issue though???. Also it's the original translation that I have and I would like to send them a copy of that translation. Will that work? Or should I send that original translation? Thanks for any help

Good morning, I was wondering if any one has submitted translations of documents that were translated in their home country. Ten years ago I had to translate documents for my visa entry. This document was translated in my home country by a professional translator. The document has a stamp from the translator and her title in german "Diplom-Übersetzerin". I am worried that this isn't accepted or good enough since I don't have the translator certify completeness and accuracy (which in my opinion should be assumed by their stamp and signature). Therefore should I just go ahead and get the document translated again? If so does anyone recommend a good online translation service? Thanks in advance

Good morning, I am planning on starting my Naturalization process and have a question concerning the criminal record section. I have lived in two states for the past ten years and have no criminal record whatsoever. How do I proof that to USCIS? Do I have to contact the previous state I lived in as well as the one I am in today? And who do I contact? The courthouse? The local police in the town I lived/live in?
