Hello! I filed for the i751 on 3/1/21 (received 3/5) and the LIN/Nebraska office has been processing it (no movement after biometrics accepted).

In the meantime I filed for the N400 and received notice that my interview is scheduled for next month (Seattle).

    A few questions:

Should I expect a combo interview and if so will the lack of movement on my i751 hinder my N400 timing?

It looks like Seattle has same day Oath. Do I get my naturalization certificate the same day? (I want to apply for a passport asap).

    thanks!

Yes you get your certificate on the day of your oath

  2. Had my interview a few days ago. I arrived in the waiting area, and less than a minute later got called in. So much quicker than back in Tampa! I brought my husband with just in case, fortunately the officer said she would be conducting both the ROC and naturalization interviews, so he would have to be there for the first portion of the interview and leave for the 2nd. We brought my baby daughter as well since I'm breastfeeding, and she was allowed in no issues. After answering questions about our relationship and each other, my husband left and the officer conducted the civics and English test. Then we just went over my paperwork (she asked for my daughter's birth certificate as well, luckily I did bring it even though it wasn't mentioned in the letter or anywhere else), the yes/no questions and finally she had me check that the info on my naturalization certificate would be correct.

So happy to be almost done with this journey :)

I am MSC, I do not even find a time processing for this... I guess the "all field offices".  Anyone else still waiting? If we don't get an interview or anything and it comes time to apply for citizenship, we move forward to that, correct?

Nebraska field office here and no news yet. I was prepared since the beginning to eventually just move forward with my N400 app since it's a very slow field office 😕

Does anyone know how to change my address?also has anyone received any confirmation and clear checks?

I believe you have to do it over the phone? We tried to change our address online for another petition months ago, but an USCIS representative ended up calling us and taking our info on the phone. Things may have changed though since COVID. Also my check was cleared yesterday :)

  5. And it's sent off! Now I can relax once again for another year, until the time for N-400 comes 😂 also I wouldn't be surprised if starting next month, ROC filing becomes electronic...happened with my husband's N-400 and his parents' I-130s, literally a couple weeks after sending off the physical applications, they became available for e-filing 🤦‍♀️

  6. My window opened a couple days ago but I'll be sending it later this week, just to make sure they don't mistakenly reject it for being "too early". My checklist is:

    -        Payment in the amount of $680.00

    -        Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

    -        Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence

    -        Copy of my permanent resident card

    -        Copy of marriage certificate

    -        Copy of our Pennsylvania driver's licenses

    -        IRS tax return transcripts from 2020 and 2019

    -        Bank statements from 2019 to the present, showing both my name and my husband’s

    -        Copy of our vehicle title, showing both my name and my husband’s

    -        Copy of our car insurance ID cards, showing both my name and my husband’s

    -        Copy of our renter’s insurance ID card, showing both my name and my husband’s

    -        Copy of our current lease, showing both my name and my husband’s

    -        Copy of our previous lease, showing both my name and my husband’s, from when we lived in Phoenix, Arizona

    -        Copy of our American Airlines reservation for our Hawaii honeymoon trip in March 2020

    -        Photos from our Hawaii honeymoon trip

A little worried because everyone else seems to have so much more, but we also had a lot of stuff for our AOS so hopefully this will be enough.

When did you send I130 for your mother? I filed I130 for my parents on March 08, 2020 and havent heard anything from USCIS yet (except of receipt). I read many comments here and felt sad since they said that I-130 for parents wont be processed till next year 2021. I'm not sure where they got that news and whether it's true or not?

Unfortunately it is true. Here is the proclamation:
