If you do not plan to travel for the foreseeable future, I would say go ahead and have it done. I am also thinking about filing N-400 at mid or late June. At this point, I don't believe it will get any worse.

Immediately Find a divorce attorney.  Your wife has possible illegally locked you out of your home...could be an illegal eviction........file for divorce...prepare to file for removal of conditions early based on termination of marriage.....

She's not a tourist who's considering to cut her overseas trip short.  She's about to move back to her home country.  There's more to a move than packing her suitcase and buying a ticket.  Preparing a move takes time and effort to prepare, and a usually also quite a bit of money.  She needs to make sure that she's got a place to stay back in her home country; she might have stuff that needs to be shipped; and she'll definitely want to find a lawyer here who will represent her interests in the upcoming divorce.  All of that needs to be arranged before she leaves because she won't be allowed to return in the foreseeable future.  I can understand that she'd like some help with that, especially as she seems to be short on cash.  That's my take on "prepare my back trip in good conditions".

    They will look into it.

Part of adjudicating the N400 is for USCIS to make sure the initial green card was properly approved....most likely the IO will bring it up during your appointment, merely as a fact-checking exercise, and to confirm the info infront of them, and then move on with the rest of your interview.

Well then, as debbiedoo: you can only submit what you have or wait a bit to avoid an RFE or a denial. I understand that you want to get this over but applying under 3-year marriage rule requires 3 years of tax return and/or anything proving you stayed together during the past 3 years. You could take a chance or wait until you file your taxes for this year.

Use the same A number if it's known. That number is assigned for life, so it would be reassigned anyhow.

You are eligible to apply for citizenship 90 days preceding the resident since date on your Green Card, not before; nor any dates from any other notices.

I will become eligible on Feb 5 and I will do so as soon as possible. The faster I can stop doing business with USCIS the better.

The article did contact uscis and publish their rebuttal, as I highlighted in the text. They quote one organization, clearly with a bias as you point out, and they quote the response. That’s called fair and balanced reporting, even if you don’t like what it says. It’s not just emotively bleating one side and leaving it like that, which I’ve certainly seen on some websites.

Everything I have read in this forum has indicated that it is taking longer and longer to process N400s. A cursory look at the uscis page for N400 processing times shows many, possibly the majority, can take well over a year now. I’d be perfectly happy to read the fox or breitbart slant on that, should you want to post it.

What if you had married a US citizen and the marriage failed, would you still demand his removal from the country?
He deceived me not knowing that he had his plans all worked out until he came into the United States.
    How did he deceive you?
We had a baby together and couple of weeks when I got home from the hospital he called the police and moved out .
not much detailed there... Why did he call the cops on you? that tidbit seems important.

Like others have said, you can report your suspicions but ultimately he has a very high chance of staying. I advise you not to spend too much time and energy on this and just move on to someone better. He does exist.

I am not sure why you'd think you have to give anything up. You can have dual or triple citizenship, it would not change a thing unless Austria does not allow it. (Ted Cruz's a senator with Canadian citizenship which he did not renounce until running for President )

    Congrats Lela37
