14 November 2014 is the POE date? The visa beneficiary has yet to arrive in the US?

If she's arriving this Nov.14th (on the day her visa expired). She still have 90 days to get married.

As mentioned above, the tickets shouldn't affect your approval. The worst that will happen is that they will ask you to demonstrate that you paid everything off. The marriage issue is another matter. They may choose to look into your marriage again. It's up to your interviewer.
They will only take away your greencard of they determine you obtained it fraudulently. Being denied citizenship does not mean that your greencard will be revoked.

Yes you can apply whilst you are both in the UK, this is what we are doing at the moment. But you cannot work, and without a visa you can only be in the UK for 6 months a year (and some sources suggest this has to be two separate occasions each with a maximum of 90 days, but I'm not 100% sure on that). Being unemployed will be okay if you have a co-sponsor for London, but you may want to consider going back to the US ahead of your finace and getting your feet on the ground, as AOS will be another giant expense and they will not be able to work for several months when they arrive whilst their status is adjusted.
I hope this helps, good luck!

You can do the K1, live wherever until it is granted, then move to the US together and get married. If you live in the UK, the embassy there usually accepts co-sponsors so that should be ok. Of course, living in the UK for the 9+ months it may take to get the visa may require a UK visa, so be sure to look into that.
You do have other options, too. For example, you are allowed to get married in the USA, with her travelling on the Visa Waiver Program for UK citizens- she is just not allowed to use the VWP with the intent of getting married AND STAYING in the USA. So you could get married, then move back to Thailand or the UK or wherever, and petition for the CR-1 spousal visa, which has the advantage that she can work and travel as soon as she enters the USA on the visa.

Unfortunately, that's not likely. For CoR as a non-LPR, you are required to show that your removal would cause exceptional hardship to your US citizen or LPR spouse, parent, or child. Without such a qualifying relationship then any CoR petition you file is unlikely to be granted.
You should consult with an experienced immigration lawyer to see if there are any other options, but I'd be surprised if there was anything they could do. Immigration document fraud is a crime, and that's why they are going after you for it.

Yes and also you may not get an RFE. If you think you made many mistakes all you can do is wait for the RFE at this point. Waiting time could be 1-4 months and can be even more.
    Good luck

when they pick up your file to process.... either you get an approval or they issue the RFE. There is no difference in waiting times. You might not get an RFE. Sometimes it gets past them..

Giving them a call will not help if you get an RFE, they will not discussed what the RFE is for. You will not know until you receive the RFE letter.

I'm very very happy for you guys that you were able to get approved in the end. Our interview had some red flags, but it was nothing like that. I would NOT have been able to comport myself in the way that your fiancee did, I would have reacted very negatively.
The fact that she cried in the end shows that she is only human, but to endure such a horrible interview like that, I can tell she is very strong. This is why I keep repeating that something HAS TO BE DONE about the arbitrary power that these CO's posses. It is UNACCEPTABLE to treat people like this.
Every time I hear stories like these I get this knot in my stomach imagining ourselves going through that, I honestly wouldn't think I could handle it. My cousin's wife passed out in the middle of their interview, I think she suffers from low blood sugar or something, I can't remember. Imagine someone with a heart condition or something going through that.
I'm glad everything worked out for you guys and hopefully you won't EVER have to go through that again. The best of luck to you guys and congratulations!

Ian H. got a reaction from TBoneTX in Proof of Marriage to submit with AOS packet
You can submit whatever evidence you have. They are aware that recently married persons who came in on a K1, won't have much evidence if any at all. That is why they give a 2 year conditional GC and you have to do ROC.
Once you get the SSN and EAD/AP you can start getting joint accounts/bills, property, etc. You accumulate this evidence and whatever you have up to point of the AOS interview if you get one, you can show. Then you accumulate more evidence to show for the ROC later on.
The crucial thing is that you get legally married within the 90 days and of course submit that proof with the AOS. Good luck.

We got approved Wednesday Nov 5th. It wasn't easy they separated us. They took my husband for about 45 minutes and then me for like 30 minutes. But we show them our loves is real. I'll post my review later and any questions feel free to ask.

Your marriage certificate alone would likely be more than enough with a copy of your I-94. At this point you're just proving you got married in the 90 day window. The bigger proof of a valid marriage will come at your Removal of Conditions application. Its never too early to begin saving up proof of commingling of finances, trips together, photos, for the ROC application.

The US is far behind the rest of the industrialized world on most social issues especially healthcare and education. We could learn a lot from Canada and Europe. Unfortunately things are about to get much worse here for all but the wealthy.

I've never been asked for a marriage certificate to add a spouse to my insurance through work either. I have been asked for the SS number though. People could lie I suppose and add a friend, bf or gf, but that would also be fraud creating liabilities both civil and possibly criminal.

Marriages abroad are recognized in the USA. If they were not, there would be no way to bring your husband on the CR-1 visa. At least as long as the marriage doesn't violate the laws of the USA.

There are specific parts of the G325a which specify "if none so state" but other than that the instructions on the USCIS website state that if not applicable, item should be left blank.
Confusing but hope that helps somewhat!
