Since the January 6th out of control protests are tied to Trump, this seems appropriate here. Hmm, federal, or former federal employees are so upstanding. Patrick Douglas Scruggs: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know Patrick Douglas Scruggs is a former January 6 federal prosecutor who is accused of stabbing a man during an incident with other motorists on a Florida bridge. Scruggs is charged in Pinellas County, Florida, with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, armed burglary, and aggravated assault, according to court records. https://heavy.com/news/patrick-douglas-scruggs/

Sounds like Poland might have a case. -
OK, so back in January and February these questions were already asked and answered. Are you legally divorced now? If so, as already stated, you switch the I751 to a divorce waiver by sending notice to the USCIS address on you I751 receipt notice. Once that happens, USCIS will send you an RFE asking for a certified copy of the divorce decree. As others have suggested, and I agree, you probably want to get with an immigration lawyer that can give your case some personal attention. Good Luck!

Yes, the link I provided above clearly states this. If you want to be certain, you need to arrange an interpreter. Please note: The Consulate has the right to refuse entry to any persons. Special Needs Visitors: Applicants may bring one person to assist them if they are over 80 years of age, are a minor child, or are disabled and require assistance to complete the application process. Interpreter: Applicants may bring one interpreter if they do not speak English well enough to participate in an interview, and consulate staff cannot interview them in their native language. A final decision as to whether or not an interpreter is needed will be made by consular staff on the day of the interview.

For a lawsuit, there needs to be a victim, where were the banks that were defrauded? If Trump over estimated his worth, does NY owe him a tax refund? If a bank took his word for the value of something, I would like to know which ones as I would not want to invest in a company that does not do due diligence in a large business transaction. Just saying all people of NY are the victims are a cop out. Explain how we are all victims of Trump based on this lawsuit?

Seems CBP is doing exit controls now?
Dashinka replied to Timona's topic in General Immigration-Related Discussion
That is what I was thinking as well. My wife recently flew through Miami to Dubai, and she never went through CBP outbound. -
One option is to wait for another 3 years and file for naturalization. Good Luck!

Daily update on Biden tanking america
Dashinka replied to Nature Boy 2.0's topic in Current Events and Hot Social Topics
Another story on the Iranian infiltration of the Obama and Biden administrations. Inside Iran’s influence operation In the spring of 2014, senior Iranian Foreign Ministry officials initiated a quiet effort to bolster Tehran’s image and positions on global security issues — particularly its nuclear program — by building ties with a network of influential overseas academics and researchers. They called it the Iran Experts Initiative. The scope and scale of the IEI project has emerged in a large cache of Iranian government correspondence and emails reported for the first time by Semafor and Iran International. The officials, working under the moderate President Hassan Rouhani, congratulated themselves on the impact of the initiative: At least three of the people on the Foreign Ministry’s list were, or became, top aides to Robert Malley, the Biden administration’s special envoy on Iran, who was placed on leave this June following the suspension of his security clearance. The emails describe the IEI being initiated following Rouhani’s 2013 election, when he was looking to find an accommodation with the West on the nuclear issue. According to the emails, Iran’s Foreign Ministry, through its in-house think tank — the Institute for Political and International Studies — reached out to ten “core” members for the project, through which it planned to liaise over the next 18 months to aggressively promote the merits of a nuclear deal between Tehran and Washington, which was finalized in July 2015. https://www.semafor.com/article/09/25/2023/inside-irans-influence-operation -
Daily update on Biden tanking america

This explains a lot. Seems like this started under Obama (surprise surprise), and one of the persons involved is a chief of staff to an assistant secretary of defense. Shock And Outrage In Washington After Exposure Of Iran’s Influence Operation Another ‘expert’, Ariane Tabatabaei, reports on two invitations from Israel and Saudi Arabia and seeks advice from IR Foreign Ministry officials whether she should accept those. Tabatabaei was another close associate of Malley, who served on his Iran nuclear negotiating team in 2021. She is currently the chief of staff for the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations, a position that requires a US government security clearance. Sen. Cruz referred to Tabatabai without mentioning her name, calling for those linked to these emails to “have their security clearances pulled until these allegations are fully resolved and accountability is imposed.” https://www.iranintl.com/en/202309277372 -

So Trudeau called the truckers protesting the forced 8jabs and covid shutdowns were labeled Nazis by the illegitimate son of Fidel Castro, but now... Never accept a cheap substitute: Trudeau called truckers "Nazis," applauds the real thing During a heated exchange in the House of Commons Wednesday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau accused Conservative MPs sympathetic to the trucker convoy of standing with “people who wave swastikas.” https://hotair.com/tree-hugging-sister/2023/09/25/never-accept-a-cheap-substitute-trudeau-called-truckers-nazis-applauds-the-real-thing-n580352 https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/trudeau-conservative-swastikas-1.6354970 -

Hmm, so Zelenskyy was also celebrating, and Trudeau is trying to gaslight everyone by claiming it is all Russian propaganda. The Canadian government is becoming a laughingstock on par with the Biden Administration. Progress. Yaroslav Hunka Extradition Demanded by Poland Over Alleged Nazi Past But it later emerged Hunka was accused of a troubling Nazi past, when the Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center for Holocaust Studies alleged that during World War II, he served as a member of the 14th Waffen Grenadier Division of the SS, also known as the First Ukrainian Division or the Galicia Division. Members of the division, which was under the Nazis' command, were accused of killing Jewish and Polish civilians. But around 600 of its troops were allowed to settle in Canada after the war, and the decision to welcome them has long proved controversial there. Adding further insult to injury, Zelensky is Jewish and lost relatives in the Holocaust. Unaware of whom he was being presented with, he raised his fist in solidarity as Canadian politicians cheered Hunka as a hero. https://www.newsweek.com/yaroslav-hunka-alleged-nazi-justice-poland-1829892 -

File N400 or wait for i751 approval
Dashinka replied to whiterose123's topic in US Citizenship General Discussion
Since the I751 and the N400 run on separate clocks at least until the point where the N400 is nearing approval, it makes sense, if naturalization is the ultimate goal, get that clock running. In my wife's case she did just that. Now this was about the time where USCIS was beginning to deprioritize I751s (late 2016), and filing the N400 didn't really do anything to speed up the I751 as those filing the I751 at the same time as us got their approvals around the same time that we were approved, but my wife also had her N400 approved at the same time and was done. Good Luck!
