Interesting, I found this story. Kamala would certainly qualify. California Gov. Newsom will pick Feinstein’s replacement. He pledged in past to choose a Black woman https://www.detroitnews.com/story/news/nation/2023/09/29/california-gov-newsom-will-pick-feinsteins-replacement-he-pledged-in-past-to-choose-a-black-woman/71003904007/

You can replace "MAGA" with "government" and you get the same thing. When there is overwhelming evidence of different justice systems depending on the the power of the person involved, or some other Leftist defined demographic, it does not take much to see the bureaucracy is taken over. It does not take much to see that the DC cancer is spreading down the ranks at agencies like the DOJ, FBI, EPA, etc. You put a lot of faith in government making it right when you have been through various systems like USCIS, or the SSA. Look at the story in the other thread where a lady is still having troubles after more than 10 years because some nameless bureaucrat decided to declare her dead in the SSA system. Interesting, the government so far has not made it right. Yes, we can have change, whether it is progress or not is debatable, but one thing that needs to change is accountability of the federal bureaucracy. Members of the bureaucrat class should face personal lawsuits when they disrupt someone's life, they should face loss of employment and pension when they decide things based on politics. Do your job in a non-partisan fashion, apply the laws and rules equally, and you should be fine. I do agree, the government should not be our enemy, but it certainly can become the enemy, and we are certainly seeing this occur now. I personally detest Donald Trump, but I can see the government agencies need disruption.

Yes, but it goes to show the type of folks employed by the DOJ. You say these agencies will make it right, with folks like these doing the “work” of the government, I really doubt it. Regardless, where is the world coming to where a former DOJ prosecutor decides he needs to get stabby over a minor fender bender.

But she was traumatized by her mostly “peaceful” actions. Alleged Philadelphia looter 'Meatball' who livestreamed downtown chaos, 'traumatized' after release on bail https://www.foxnews.com/us/alleged-philadelphia-looter-meatball-livestreamed-downtown-chaos-traumatized-after-release-bail -

Sure, but how long will she be detained. It was only reparations. -
Since the January 6th out of control protests are tied to Trump, this seems appropriate here. Hmm, federal, or former federal employees are so upstanding. Patrick Douglas Scruggs: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know Patrick Douglas Scruggs is a former January 6 federal prosecutor who is accused of stabbing a man during an incident with other motorists on a Florida bridge. Scruggs is charged in Pinellas County, Florida, with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, armed burglary, and aggravated assault, according to court records. https://heavy.com/news/patrick-douglas-scruggs/

Sounds like Poland might have a case. -
OK, so back in January and February these questions were already asked and answered. Are you legally divorced now? If so, as already stated, you switch the I751 to a divorce waiver by sending notice to the USCIS address on you I751 receipt notice. Once that happens, USCIS will send you an RFE asking for a certified copy of the divorce decree. As others have suggested, and I agree, you probably want to get with an immigration lawyer that can give your case some personal attention. Good Luck!

Yes, the link I provided above clearly states this. If you want to be certain, you need to arrange an interpreter. Please note: The Consulate has the right to refuse entry to any persons. Special Needs Visitors: Applicants may bring one person to assist them if they are over 80 years of age, are a minor child, or are disabled and require assistance to complete the application process. Interpreter: Applicants may bring one interpreter if they do not speak English well enough to participate in an interview, and consulate staff cannot interview them in their native language. A final decision as to whether or not an interpreter is needed will be made by consular staff on the day of the interview.

For a lawsuit, there needs to be a victim, where were the banks that were defrauded? If Trump over estimated his worth, does NY owe him a tax refund? If a bank took his word for the value of something, I would like to know which ones as I would not want to invest in a company that does not do due diligence in a large business transaction. Just saying all people of NY are the victims are a cop out. Explain how we are all victims of Trump based on this lawsuit?
