Oops, completely flew past that part. To the OP, yes, try the VWP/ESTA application first, if not, then try for a B2.

New baby questions

If the child is born then, or you can delay submitting the I864 to NVC until the birth. -
The general rule of thought is VWP is out, but you can always try. Did you give up your 10yr GC when you left via an I407? The other option is a B2 application. Good Luck!

Interesting event occurred in front of us yesterday. Driving North on I75 in the Florence Kentucky area around 7:30 am as a police officer was wrapping up a traffic stop and pulling back into traffic. The officer was in the right lane and ourselves, and the others on the road (traffic was fairly light) were moving into the center lanes and slowing to the speed limit as a Tesla Model Y driver decided to give us a demonstration of the acceleration of their electric vehicle in the far left lane. Let's just say, the police car lights came on pretty fast.

Always best to get as many I130's in process as possible, so I would agree, the potentially fastest way is through your mother under the F2B category (8 years plus) vs through your sister as F4 (16 years plus). I believe if your mother naturalizes, you have the option to stay in the F2B category, but I am not certain. Good Luck!

I tend to agree. When the person being pranked says go away, and the idiot YouTuber does not, it goes from prank to harassment. So the delivery driver was acquitted based on self-defense, but found guilty of a lesser gun charge. Seems inconsistent. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12583491/Moment-YouTube-prankster-Tanner-Cooks-stunt-goes-badly-wrong-shopper-targeting-pulls-gun-shoots-chest.html

The good people of California don’t actually need a resident of California to represent them, and she checks multiple boxes. Aside from that, apparently she is hiding the fact that she lives in Maryland. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/other/gavin-newsom-s-pick-to-replace-feinstein-appears-to-scrub-online-evidence-of-living-in-maryland/ar-AA1hzmlx

I also remember hearing Greece as a potential. -
Hmm, so he was attempting to disrupt an official congressional function? Where have I heard that before? Members of Congress, Media Perplexed and Outraged Over Rep. Bowman Pulling Fire Alarm Before House CR Vote After Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) pulled a fire alarm to delay a vote on legislation designed to avoid a government shutdown, members of the media and Congress expressed outrage as well as some light-hearted comedy. Bowman pulled a fire alarm in the Cannon House Office Building on Saturday and shortly after was questioned by Capitol Police. Bowman said via his spokesperson that he “did not realize he would trigger a building alarm as he was rushing to make an urgent vote, adding that he “regrets any confusion.” https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/members-of-congress-media-perplexed-and-outraged-over-rep-bowman-pulling-fire-alarm-before-house-cr-vote/ar-AA1hvnNC

Best country for Shengen visa?

I would go look at the Russian/Ukraine/Belarus regional forum as there is a lot of current information dealing with this issue. You can also report this thread using the three dots in the upper right to request a moderator to move this thread there. Good Luck! https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/98-russia-ukraine-and-belarus/ -
That's too bad as the spousal visa is far superior, but it is what it is. I would include a few across the entire time frame you have been in an LDR. Don't worry too much about social media posts. There are a lot of folks that do not use that much. As to photos, I would focus more on 6-12 or so of the time you were physically together. I am not sure I would go with love letters, you can add some of that in the letter each of you need to submit describing the relationship and the intention to get married with a K1. Sure, putting them chronologically makes sense. I would put newest to oldest, but the order is not that important. Good Luck!

Yes, what is the basis for them to seek the English requirement exemption? You are exempt from the English language requirement, but are still required to take the civics test if you are: Age 50 or older at the time of filing for naturalization and have lived as a permanent resident (Green Card holder) in the United States for 20 years (commonly referred to as the “50/20” exception). OR Age 55 or older at the time of filing for naturalization and have lived as a permanent resident in the United States for 15 years (commonly referred to as the “55/15” exception). Note: Even if you qualify for the “50/20” or “55/15” English language exceptions listed above, you must still take the civics test. You will be permitted to take the civics test in your native language. If you take the test in your native language, you must bring an interpreter with you to your interview. Your interpreter must be fluent in both English and your native language. If you are age 65 or older and have been a permanent resident for at least 20 years at the time of filing for naturalization, you will be given special consideration regarding the civics requirement. For more information, see the USCIS Policy Manual Citizenship and Naturalization Guidance. https://www.uscis.gov/citizenship/exceptions-and-accommodations
