The Country is Cambodia. I know. Its crazy. I went to the US embassy and got a notarized document, that I am single. But because it was hand-written.(that's how the embassy gave it to me). They, Cambodia wouldn't accept it. I wasn't sure if i still needed a the Apostille service, once i have notarized affidavit of single status from here in the US.

I guess i need a SINGLE STATUS AFFIDAVIT from the country clerk, notarized. But do I also need the APOSTILLE service? Thanks for the help.
