  1. You should be able to make this change at the interview with the Consulate. Good Luck!
  2. I found this thread with a similar situation. Hopefully it helps. Good Luck!
  3. So isn’t the judge and AG in this case guilty of committing fraud?
  4. So a bunch of partisan politicians are to be trusted to weigh credibility? You do know that Jamie Raskin has been properly identified as a liar right?
  5. Nancy Pelosi’s daughter needed to make her film.
  6. Aside from the fact that the completely partisan Jan. 6th Committee put out this narrative, if someone was assaulting an officer they deserve a punishment. Now when this happens to all the masked Antifa, BLM and extreme Leftist “mostly peaceful” protesters, maybe people will have more trust in the government.
  7. Yes, the I130 can be filed online, and he can stay there until you get the visa, but as I said he will need to show his plans relative to setting up domicile in the U.S. as well as find a U.S. based person to file the I864 as a co-sponsor unless he or you or both will continue with your income after coming to the U.S.. He will also have to show as a USC that he is good with the IRS. Good Luck!
  8. Back in 2014 when my now wife arrived on her K1, we got married about two weeks later. After getting our MC, we went to the SSA to apply for her SSN. Even though we had the MC which functions as a legal name change document (our’s does not have a specific section showing the new names which is quite common) she could only get the SSC in her name on her Russian passport (my wife also decided to take my family name). That was fine for us as we wanted it to deal with setting up bank accounts. Anyway, we proceeded with the AOS filling out the forms with her new married name, and once her GC arrived we went back to the SSA and change the name on her SSC. Good Luck!
  9. My mother was diagnosed with cancer back in 1969 while pregnant with my brother her 8th child. I cannot imagine what my parents went through back then, seven young children with another on the way, and cancer treatments were not as advanced back then. I was only two, so did not hear about this until much later in life, but I was grateful that they did find it early in my mom, she went through treatment (never heard all the details, but she did lose her hair), and she was with us until 2013.
  10. You do realize there are other causes for what is being labeled as global warming right?
  11. Where is the evidence that weather events are more frequent and intense?
  12. Since you are going through AOS from a B2, no need to renew the B2 as the I485 NOA gives you authorized stay, and renewing it would force you to leave the US abandoning your AOS. Good Luck!
  13. Did you try requesting "Infopass"?
  14. I know, zombie thread, but this seemed most appropriate here, plus Spooky started it, and it helps understand how long this whole ordeal has been going on. Biden Trying to Cut a Deal With Julian Assange Federal prosecutors are pursuing a deal to allow WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange to avoid espionage charges and instead plead guilty to the misdemeanor of mishandling classified data. The Wall Street Journal first reported on the talks between U.S. authorities and Assange's lawyers on Wednesday. The independent outlet Consortium News then confirmed that it had learned the same details "off the record" several months ago. https://hotair.com/headlines/2024/03/22/biden-trying-to-cut-a-deal-with-julian-assange-n3785162
  15. Not to worry, the Houthis have told Russia and China they will not attack their ships. https://www.scmp.com/news/world/middle-east/article/3256286/houthis-tell-china-and-russia-their-ships-wont-be-targeted-red-sea

  18. The problem is that they don't hit the showers, they become consultants to the other Davos types out there.
  19. Not exactly related to the Southern Border, but still illegal immigration related, and shows the incompetence of DHS. 200,000 Immigration Court Cases Dismissed Because DHS Failed to File Paperwork Approximately 200,000 deportation cases have been thrown out by Immigration Judges since the start of the Biden administration because the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) hadn’t filed the required Notice to Appear (NTA) with the Court by the time of the scheduled hearing. Without a proper filing, the Court lacks jurisdiction to hear the case and the immigrants, often asylum seekers, lack a way to move their case forward. These large numbers of dismissals and what then happens raise serious concerns. This report brings DHS’s record up to date through February 2024 with the latest available data. It first examines whether the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has been improving its performance so far during the current fiscal year. Next, using Court records that had not previously been released, it then traces whether DHS officials issue and file new NTAs for these same individuals to rectify their original filing failures. https://trac.syr.edu/reports/739/
  20. Cash should be accepted particularly at a federally operated facility. As an aside, I always love how various states run their toll roads. WV, cash only (don’t forget), IL uses pay by plate, but their online system is horrible if you do not register your plate ahead of time pretty much ensuring they will get the toll plus a penalty payment eventually.
  21. I agree, this has nothing to do with immigration processes.
  22. Based on the Blue Rock Painter lawsuit, this one should have merit.
