  1. This may help. If the consulate is requesting more information on any of the forms they gave you, you mentioned the DS5535, complete those as quickly as possible. https://www.path2usa.com/blog/all-about-221g/ No real way for any of us to know this answer. Submit any information requested as soon as possible. She may be able to request an expedit based on her illness. She can also contact her Senator or U.S. House Representative. https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-1-part-a-chapter-5#:~:text=In the context of an expedite request%2C humanitarian, medical treatment in a limited amount of time. No. Who knows. It might be due to lack of cooperation from your current government, or just difficulty in completing it. You wife could request an expedite (see above). There is not much you can do as far as I know. Good Luck, and hopefully your AP will be shorter than average.
  2. I don’t disagree with his take on NATO, but his timing is horrible. He needs to keep the focus on the current corrupt senile petulant occupant in the WH.
  3. Current wait times in Jakarta for a B2 is 10 calendar days. That being said, I agree, if family members want to try and get a B2, there is no reason they should not start that process now.
  4. Now tell me, why in the heck did Trump go out there and start hammering Nato, and the Swift/Kelce thing? Sometimes Trump does not know how to get out of his own way.
  5. Why are Democrats so insistent with re-defining words?
  6. With that the case, I would answer "no" on your own DS160.
  7. If this were me, I would answer no since your family members do not have their B2's in hand right now. If they do get B2's prior to your K1 interview, you can discuss that with the consulate officer conducting your interview and change it is needed. Be very careful with any engagement parties, or religious engagement ceremonies that can look like some form of wedding when you are applying for a K1. In general you should be fine, but make sure it looks like an engagement ceremony, and not a wedding. Good Luck!
  8. The problem is that this isn’t taught to natural born USCs that go through the atrocious public education system.
  9. Which two did you get wrong? Found this disturbing. I know it is a bit dated, but it certainly shows the lack of US Civics education here in the U.S. most likely due to the orchestration of the public education system. https://www.annenbergpublicpolicycenter.org/political-communication/civics-knowledge-survey/
  10. We used the dates on my wife’s airline itineraries.
  11. Spousal visa. That way once you have an approved visa and enter the U.S. you are immediately an LPR authorized to work with no need to file the AOS/EAD/AP. Of course you need to get legally married first. Good Luck!
  12. Our cousins just passed their N400 interviews. They are husband and wife that came in 2019 on DVs, so they applied under the 5 year rule. For some reason one of them was only asked four questions. I do agree, many N400 applicants have a better grasp of US civics than many natural born USCs. No reason to make it harder at this point.
  13. This is a bit of an over-the-top reaction. What grown adult admits to wetting the bed. Of course, it is Begala. Btw, they make a product for that. Bill Clinton's former strategist says he woke up 'every two hours crying and wet the bed' after Biden's classified documents debacle: 'This is terrible for Democrats' https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13066853/bill-clintons-former-strategist-says-wet-bed-bidens-documents-debacle.html
  14. Except for the Democrats in DC that feel the Constitution is too restrictive to their power. Hence the constant attack by the Democrats and the Leftist MSM on all those restrictions. The elite in DC including the career high level bureaucrats seem to think the Federal government should have all the power, but they forget, it was the Union of the States that created DC. I can see some separation potential over time with all this Federal “progress”.
  15. You seem to be describing the Democrats that certainly relied on low information adherents for their power. It also seems that the Democrats are very much in favor of trashing the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 10th Amendments. Trump will be gone soon, but it is the Democrat “progress” that is ruining this country.
  16. Did you fill out the I130 with her new married name? If not, it might be best to wait for naturalization. Good Luck!
  17. So Sunny Hostin is just another Rachel Dolezal or Elizabeth Warren?
  18. Everything can be related to Seinfeld.
  19. I agree with @Daphne ., if you have a job offer forcing you to repatriate, attempt the DCF in Malaysia right now. It is much faster, and cleaner and does not require any obfuscations with CBP when they ask your wife what her intentions are in the U.S. and how long she intends to stay. DCF can be do it yourself. Here is a recent detailed story of the DCF process. Good Luck!
  20. This is a little bit of a tough one as you are not 100% certain it is your child. The issue is you are asked to bring evidence/proof of you children to the interview, and it appears you may not have that. I would err on the side of including her as you seem fairly certain she is yours. Good Luck!
  21. How is our democracy safe when one Party is doing everything they can to get people removed from the ballot (not just Trump), and persecuting their political enemies? Heck, look what the Democrats did to their own primary process back in 2020 to put a cognitively declining corrupt career politician on the ballot.
  22. I don’t see the address thing as being a real big deal. Students often times move around while they are in school. Just go back the five years from when you are planning to file the I130 which appears to be in a year or so, and keep track of the addresses she lived at. As to evidence of a bonafide marriage, it is good you are thinking about this now even though you are not yet married. Young couples may not have a lot of property evidence to add to the process, but you can add her to things like bills, etc. once you actually get married. Personally, I would not do a joint account until you are married. Good Luck!
