    You must be  a troll
ON Feb 2 you posted as being single. Today you posted as being married . Considering there is a 10 day waiting period for the marriage license to be issue then you either went and got married right after you post on  Feb 2 or you was already married then. Also I find it hard to believe that  The PSA already has your marriage register unless you been married for a while
If you are not a troll and  Really want advice  then be honest about stuff

USCIS does not care which tax form you use
A tax return is not that great proof of a bona-fide marriage. Its  main  purpose is for income.
Better proof of bona fide marriage will be joint bank or credit card account, health insurance, a lease agreement in both names, utilities  bills in both names
retirement account listing spouse as beneficiary,  There are a lot more  items that are consider good proof of a bona fide relationship but a tax return is really not consider that great

she can file married jointly or  married separate. Do you have SSN or ITIN number? if not then  it will be best  if she  file married separate. If she file married separate  and not claim you as exemption .  you will not need SSN or ITIN number  now. After you arrived in USA and get SSN.  She  can  amen her tax form  to married jointly
or you can apply for an ITIN number then she can file married jointly

yes I guess you could but I still recommend filing married separate I just don't see the reason to file jointly now when you can file married separate and then amend your taxes later
you can still use the tax form on the I-184  I did for my wife and it was no problem

you will need your passport to get an ITIN number. it is so much easier to file married separate and then amend it. That is what I did when I was in the process of getting my wife visa. then when she arrived here I amended it and sent the amended version into the IRS

I believe you have up to 3 years to amend your taxes
Some people confuse filing married separated as being separated or divorce from  your spouse  but that is not what this means It just means your are filing your taxes separate then your spouse

Or if you want to file jointly and she doesn’t have an ITIN, you can apply for it alongside your tax return and attatch the ITIN form (w-something) on the top of your tax return.  the best way to do it is to schedule an appointment at IRS office and have your forms all ready, so that way you don’t need to bother with trying to get a certified copy of her passport, nor send the passport in mail and wait for months to get it back (yes, people do that lol).
at least that’s how we got it solved last year. Downside- a long wait. We filed in early February and got the ITIN and the refund in the middle of May
advantage- it helps when you know you will have to prove state residency for all kinds of institutions, plus thanks to ITIN, she can start building her credit history right away

your  wife  can file married separate then you will not need ITIN number you might get less back now but she can amend it when you get here and get back any more  money that is owe to her but she can not claim you as an exemption on tax form

If your spouse is a nonresident alien, he or she must have either an SSN or an ITIN if:
    You file a joint return,
You file a separate return and claim an exemption for your spouse, or
Your spouse is filing a separate re-turn

I am not sure who will show the divorce papers to when you are getting marry, or If they will know  But if you are planning on getting a  CR-1 visa for your wife I am pretty sure  USCIS and NVC will know
Me and my wife got married in Pres Garcia Bohol  at her parents house  by the mayor. Her parents ask  him if he could marry us, and invited him to our wedding celebration.
You do not have to get married only in the courthouse for a civil wedding it can take place anywhere as long as the person who is marrying you is authorize to

I will not worry about only living together for a month together, after you have been married. A lot of people on here myself included, who married their spouse in another country only gets to spend a little time with their spouse on visits before the spouse get a visa and is in the U.S. Send in evidence of you  and him together, Family pictures receipts for stuff such as gifts, airline  hotels tickets,. passport stamps what ever evidence that you have  USCIS will look at all the evidence  not just the month you stay together after you were married

I'll have to admit that how to have the divorce recognized is a little beyond my current understanding (divorce is never simple =\ ), but my understanding is that to have the new marriage recognized within PI it will require going through the court to have the divorce decree recognized first.
Edit: I'll defer to others if this is incorrect - again, PI marriage law is the subject here, not US immigration law.

    http://www.philippineconsulatela.org/consular-services-2/civil-registry-2/report-of-marriage-of-a-filipino-abroad
    http://www.philippineconsulatela.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/Judicial-Recognition-of-Divorce-in-the-Philippines.pdf
"Divorce is not recognized in the Philippines but when a divorce is validly obtained abroad by an alien spouse from his or her Filipino spouse, the Filipino spouse shall have the capacity to remarry under Philippine law. Divorce, however, must be recognized in the Philippines courts. The foreign divorce decree must be judicially enforced or confirmed in the Philippines by filing the proper civil action at the Regional Trial Court in the Philippines (RTC-Phil)."

This is where it gets into PI marriage law, not US immigration law, though. And that's beyond me.   Where the original marriage took place shouldn't matter (and obviously the divorce can't be within PI! haha).

It is true that if a foreigner and a Filipina are married in the Philippines and the foreigner divorces the Filipina is free to marry also. I am not sure what the process is or how she will report the divorce in the Philippines or if she will need to
from the family code of the Philippines

Art. 26. All marriages solemnized outside the Philippines, in accordance with the laws in force in the country where they were solemnized, and valid there as such, shall also be valid in this country, except those prohibited under Articles 35 (1), (4), (5) and (6), 3637 and 38. (17a)
Where a marriage between a Filipino citizen and a foreigner is validly celebrated and a divorce is thereafter validly obtained abroad by the alien spouse capacitating him or her to remarry, the Filipino spouse shall have capacity to remarry under Philippine law. (As amended by Executive Order 227)

yes the IR-1 and CR-1 visa are the same. The difference between the two is the amount of time you have been married when arriving at POE ( port of entry)   as to what type of green card will be issue. If married  less then 2 years(CR-1 visa)  a conditional green card will be issue and is good for 2 years. If marry longer then 2 years (IR-1 visa) when arriving at POE then a 10 year green card will be issue
I did not quite understand your 2 question do you mean can you print double side or on both side, you should sent in copies printed on one side

It should not take that long for your wife to get her ssn . My wife came here almost 2 years ago on a cr-1 visa and if I remember right she had the ss card within a couple of weeks after arriving. not really  sure on the exact wait time but   I know it wasn't that long of a wait. My wife got here June 2015 and got a job in august 2015
