You will have to wait for your welcome letter with instructions and your checklist. Then you will have to pay the fees and then wait for it to be accepted. Complete the DS-260 and follow instructions on where to send the documents. After DQ your file gets sent to embassy after they send NVC an interview date. Then you schedule medical and attend interview.

Public charge can be given due to serious medical complications, able bodied people never worked, the family is already living on govt benefits in their country.

I would suggest a second job to save money before you file so you have enough money to pay for all that is required for immigration.

you have filing fees, medical, background checks, immunization shots, travel expenses, among others to pay for in this process.

You divorce and leave the US.
You weren't married long enough for either of you to receive alimony. The I-485 was withdrawn and along with it the affidavit of support. As of June 9 you are no longer authorized to work in the US. No reason to even respond to the divorce attorney unless there are major assets or money that was acquired during or brought into the marriage. The divorce will be granted by default if you don't respond.

The Affidavit of Support is not in effect since you have not been issued a Green Card. Nothing you can do about it. No you cannot stay.

Because you and your husband both violated the terms of your visas. It is reflected upon family will do the same. So they will not be issued a visa. An attorney cannot so anything but take your money.

That makes no sense. Run from that lawyer. A child makes no difference to immigration especially out of wedlock.  Just make sure your evidence of a relationship is there. You will be fine.

You need to pay attention to her age and widen will she turn 21. She needs to complete her immigration before then. Then you can focus on her returning to school.
