Pinkrlion got a reaction from TBoneTX in Visa sponsorship for strippers
The US has plenty of strippers so there is no shortage that would allow you to qualify for a work visa.

Pinkrlion got a reaction from Dashinka in Can a CR2 live independently from their parents
You are 18 and legally an adult. You should be able to file ROC and your evidence will be based on school and current marriage since 2022.

There nothing you can do. You never lived together as husband and wife so his current will would be used as valid.

Pinkrlion reacted to aquila in VAWA, Part 27
Just finished my journey this past Friday. I took my oath as a citizen. I was holding back tears during swearing in and listening to the Star spangled banner being played. As I sat in the car and looked at the certificate of naturalization the totality of hit me and I broke down and cried.
It’s not been easy an journey but perseverance and patience is key in this process. Our help is always in the Name of the Lord🙏🏽
I applied using the new online portal and it’s so streamlined for VAWA applicants. Easily upload all the necessary documents, get all your notices even before they come in the mail and view everything in real time.

You will have to wait to file I-130. Your husband should file it. Who has the child now?

Pinkrlion reacted to Sandra G. in VAWA, Part 27
Wow 19 years...Thank you TBone. I helped hundreds of members here free of charge.I never had any case denied. Over 100 people got naturalized. It is impossible for me to take all cases, but I will do my best to do so.
I have a true crime YouTube channel where I tell about crimes all over the world. In the past three years I have spent a lot of time working on it, due to that,I don't answer questions as often as I used to, but I'm here at least once a week.

Pinkrlion got a reaction from 2410J in Grilled on tourist visa
You cannot work remotely in the US. That is considered working. Immigration can issue you anytime they see fit. Be thankful they did not void your visa due to you working. I have seen them give visitors two weeks. You will need to leave in your one month time. Stay at home or ask your parents to file for you.

Pinkrlion got a reaction from Lemonslice in Despair over CR1 Criminal Record and Legal Aid
You are skipping over what has he been convicted of. You say he had no moral compass which lead to make bad decisions which means criminal activity.
Immigration does not focus on background circumstances but they focus on the law. if he has already been given a lifetime ban. You are wasting your time paying lawyers. He does not qualify for a waiver.

Double check fees on fee calculator on USCIS website. Do not stress out about the 9 day filing, you are fine with case returned twice.

Pinkrlion got a reaction from OldUser in I751 and N400
You filed for divorce and NO longer meet the eligibility requirements. You need to withdraw N-400. If you proceed it is immigration fraud by misrepresentation.
