Forget about Facebook, that's the least of your concerns. Do some research on your fiancee's country and it's peculiarities when it comes to immigration into the United States. Try to find out everything about your fiancee and vice versa. Prepare yourself mentally for abusive or obtrusive consular officers who will be interviewing him and asking him all sorts of humiliating questions. But before you do any of this set your FB to private, or better yet, erase your profile.
Unrelated question to everybody; what is this need to keep personal info out there for the taking?

You can contact ICE and the VISA FRAUD UNIT at the Embassy.
    1. National ICE office
    2. LOCAL USCIS OFFICE, attn ICE Section Head
    3. VISA FRAUD UNIT back at the IV Unit of the US Embassy where she interviewed.
For each entity, submit a written letter, complete with bio info on the two of you, and then a few paragraphs on what you wish to report, then include references to the EVIDENCE that you are attaching with the letter.
It never, ever, works to just 'call ICE national number', you must, instead, use postal mail.
    Good Luck !

Wow! Another popular thread of speculation because OP leaves us all hanging. These threads really get old and irritate me, but I had to jump on the bandwagon. I don't mean to sound callous though. I am concerned and have been watching this since it began. OP, you were just on an hour ago. What is going on? Shed some light. Does anything anyone is saying ring a bell or make you ponder on your situation? It is horrible, but I wish you would chime us in a bit.

I'm sorry but that's a load of feel good bleeding heart liberal claptrap. Maybe you want people to suspend their senses (and not care how things appear) because that helps advance your radical left wing agenda.

Unfortunately, this is not the case. They are looking for ANY reason to DENY. Any itty bitty reason, and you can be denied. With immigration, you are basically guilty until proven innocent. It is our job to prove to them that our relationships are real.

I think this blog post was possibly made before the police pictures came out of the blood on Zimmerman's head. The video quality from the police surveillance is poor and difficult to tell the details from the distance. I work with the raw video and the video equipment so we have ways to zoom in and look at things. It doesn't improve the quality but you can see the blood on the back of his head with a closer look through the equipment. I think that will be a weak point in the prosecutions argument trying to disprove Zimmerman's head was being bashed. The recent police photos show he sustained those wounds that go along with what he said happened.
Also this could just be me but when this whole story started gaining momentum I had a difficult time buying that it was about racism or stereotyping. Zimmerman looks Hispanic but the black folks in the community said he was white because one of his parents is white. Sorry but Obama looks black to me even though his Mom is white. I guess that's not the point though. It's about Martin being stereotyped as a hoodlum for wearing a hoodie, at night, in the dark, outside, alone, in an area and time of night where they've had problems with people stealing before. Zimmerman as neighborhood watch had justifiable reason to be suspicious. However, Zimmerman shouldn't have ignored the dispatch advise to not follow the suspicious person. He should have left it up to the police to follow through from there. To me that's where it gets vigilante.
In my mind Zimmerman's perspective was to protect the neighborhood and people he loved and cared about. Martin's perspective is to get a snack and he was probably freaked out as to why the creeper was following him. Then the confrontation and struggle ensued and we'll probably never know what really happened.

I hope you grabbed that statistic out of the air. Otherwise, you're saying there are over 100 million potential Muslim terrorists out there. I sincerely hope and believe the actual number is much smaller than this.
Also, most terrorists do believe in a religion, simply because most people believe in a religion. The question is whether their religious beliefs are their motivation for committing acts of terrorism. The overwhelming majority of terrorist acts are motivated by either political or religious conflict. At this particular point in history, the majority of terrorist acts that are motivated by religious conflict are committed by Muslims, and motivated by their belief in Islam. That doesn't mean that every Muslim who commits a terrorist act is automatically an Islamic terrorist, however. Palestinian militant groups often commit acts of terrorism, but their primary motivation is political and not religious, even though they are decidedly religious. Likewise, the Taliban are very strongly religious, but their terrorist acts are primarily motivated by the desire to achieve political goals.
An act of terrorism has little chance of accomplishing it's objective unless the people who commit that act make it clear what their motives and objectives are. When a group commits an act of terrorism, and then claims Islam as the basis for their actions, then people are justifiable in labeling the act Islamic terrorism. The perpetrators themselves have connected their deeds with their religion. No rational person would presume from this that most Muslims are terrorists. However, and I have to stress again that this is applicable at this particular point in history, the odds of a religious terrorist being a Muslim are statistically very high, while the odds of a religious terrorist being a Buddhist (for example) are extremely low. Our government would be naive to pretend this wasn't the case.

Blame it on all the fraud cases. If people didn't lie to obtain visitor visas, there wouldn't be a problem for genuine cases. Unfortunately, to keep the fraudsters out, some genuine cases are denied.

Start shooting criminals with guns and you will have less criminals with guns. A criminal will think twice when he/she knows that their intended victim is armed and will legally protect themselves with a gun. It's how the West was won.

I love how she makes the comments that "public opinion and political opinions don't sway our view." --- bullshit it doesn't... One group of prosecutors doesn't go from Nothing to 2nd degree murder.. That's a HUGE jump... 2 different offices with different conclusions entirely.. Yeah, there's no way in hell public/political opinions didn't come into play here.
Now the key is where to find a jury that hasn't been tainted by freaks like Al Sharpton and Obama...

Why the outrage? Sharpton says ####### like this all the time and nobody calls for him to be fired?
Are we not entitled to have freedom in the press anymore? I don't see him advocating anything illegal or violent here. Quite the opposite. He's advocating passive measures based on statistical data. What's the problem with that?
