US Immigration from Philippines

Hello, Everyone!

Anyone here got approved visa under CSPA age? I'm turning 22 this Dec 28 and we are about to submit our DS260 maybe next day. My name is listed on the ceac website and able to pay the fees also. I also tried to calculate my age using the CSPA calculator and my age is 14 yrs 2 months 24 days.

I went to NBI to apply for a clearance last month but was told by the staff that I cannot request for one that has an AKA. I told him it's for IV application purposes and the USEM requires it. He asked me for a letter from the USEM stating the same, which I didn't have and still don't have as of now. My case is currently at NVC and I have just submitted the DS 260 on CEAC. I opened the civil documents requirements and I am required to upload a police clearance.

What should I do?

Looks like they won t allow this until a vaccine is widely distributed which for the Philippines will be mid year or a little bit later.

How long does it usually take to get the receipt after checks have been cashed?

I ve been having problems with signing and submitting our DS 260. Every time I click on the button, it takes me to the sign in page, and when I sign in, I am taken to the summary/home page. I was able to submit the i-864.

I don t know if this will solve the issue, but is there a way for me to delete the saved DS 260 and start over?
