Hey Brother, I noticed your NVC process was alot faster than mines. I was just curious how would the NVC notify you of the MNL Case number? Would both parties be notified or just one?
PhilDel on 2025-12-03 said:
Well I just did a public inquiry with NVC after it was sent to them, the first one came up as it was not there yet and 2 weeks after that I did another and they gave me our case number and invoice ID. Tbh we have yet to receive anything else communication wise from them no welcome letter or k1-ftp so I would say if you haven't already, do a public inquiry with them asking for your case number.

I did a public inquiry 2 weeks after I received NOA 2 (Sep 26). They mentioned they have not received it yet. I did another public inquiry 4 weeks after that. They still have not received it yet. Then I was noticed that USCIS sent to DOS on Nov 18. I then submitted another public inquiry yesterday to see if they have anything? At this point it is really frustrating when I do not have the MNL Tracking number to start the CEAC.

Yeah I can understand that, this whole process feels frustrating and longer than necessary. I haven't updated yet but we were ready a few days after it was in transit and now are in the waiting game again because the last 2 weeks there have been no interview slots available. Hope they will respond soon to your inquiry and get you your number because they just shipped more case yesterday so hopefully you will be in transit, just make sure you wait until it is marked as ready to do the ceac stuff.

Hopefully you will get an interview slot soon. Do you have an idea when will it open up?
PhilDel on 2025-12-03 said:
Supposedly every Wednesday they update the availability, I know last time someone in our Facebook group posted the available slots there was nothing until February but I checked last Wednesday and nothing was available and then checked today as well and still nothing available.

Should clarify I mean Wednesday in Philippines time so really checked last night after the consulate opened for them.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
