I got my NOA for I-765, I-130, I-485 and I-131 but they all have a receipt number starting with MSC. Which service center and/or local office should I look for processing times?

Hi! I am a CR1 visa holder way back 2016, i have my SSN and Alien Registration Number before. Due to unexpected circumstances , my husband and I decided to give up my green card. Now we applied for IR1 visa. I am now waiting for my interview date.

Question: When my husband filled up his AOS, he also input my SSN and Alien Registration Number. Is this right?

I filed for k1 visa on March 3, 2020. My fiance is in the Philippines and I'm in the US. On September 21, they sent me an RFE. I replied to RFE on October 16. Havent recieved a response as of yet, so I will request update on December 15 (60 days after). The RFE was for evidence of bonafide relationship and I provided everything they requested in excess.

Now, I am curious about getting married online while we are still separated by travel restrictions. The Philippines won't let me travel there because we are not married. I just read about getting married online as being legitimate and I have vacation planned for January that is use or lose. I would love to be able to go over there and wish now that we had gotten married while I was there in January/February.

I'm pretty sure I understand that it would kill the k1 visa and I would have to start the process again as a spousal visa. Also, I'm going to wait for a response from USCIS before proceeding with this idea.

I would appreciate feedback as to if this is a good idea or not. I work full time and cant quit and move over there just yet, but I get 5 weeks vacation a year. I really do want to see her, but this would mean potentially more time separated as would need spousal visa instead.

Hi! I already submitted all the paperwork for my parents. Per the email, they said that they will get a letter as to when will they have their interview? My mom also did not receive the first welcome letter notifying her that hers was approved and my dad received his. Is that letter as significant as the letter that contains the interview date? How can we request for the first letter my mom did not get? Thank you.

Background. My bride arrived nearly 12 years ago from the Philippines and is a US citizen. My mother in law came 6 years ago in August, is a green card holder and my wife's youngest sister came 4.5 years ago and is working on her citizenship. My mother in law petitioned the middle sister in Sept of 2014. She's prolly three years away yet according to several that posted on my other post. My father in law hasn't been petitioned yet. He's wheel chair bound due to a stroke in 09. I know there's no way to match any petition and visa up in time frame exactly, but roughly how long approximately would it take to petition and approve my father in law to get his visa? It's best if he comes around when the middle sister comes due to his needs there and once he's here. He's not an invalid, but does require extra help.

Also, who is best to petition him? Would that be my wife?
