Register Delivery Address for Visa Delivery

Long time lurker here, please excuse my timeline for being blank. I had a question in regards to registering for a delivery address for an expedited interview that my wife has on 13 January 2021. This is for an CR-1 visa. The email that we received has the set interview date and time along with instructions to go to the ustraveldocs website to register the delivery method for the visa. When we go to the website and go through the online steps and filling in the required information to include the delivery method the last step is to pick an appointment date and time which of course says no appointment available and also the fact that we received the date and time directly from the embassy. How can we confirm the delivery method if the process does not complete on the website? They should be more clear cut on their instructions especially as seeing that this is an expedited interview. Any thoughts or insights would be appreciated. I will attempt to call their help center and email them soon.

wondering the same. not sure if i should expect a Complete button for the entire dashboard to have my delivery method saved, or if every page has been automatically saved already. the appointment step only has a Back button.

yea got that too. the online thing directs to my earlier screenshot. the call center is kinda useless, cant get hold of anyone there.

OK we are trying to update the address as well over the next day or two.  If we figure out the website we will post it.

The profile/dashboard can be setup without having to schedule an appt.  If memory serves there are a number of boxes/sections, plus a menu on the left side that should allow you to choose a delivery address.  Sorry I can't be more helpful.

Hank is correct , I just added my address, there are different choices on the left (,not the one to schedule interview it is a dead end ) I already did it so my choices are different now, try one of the other options,  it asks qrestions about visa class etc. I think it is update profile.

Hank is correct , I just added my address, there are different choices on the left (,not the one to schedule interview it is a dead end ) I already did it so my choices are different now, try one of the other options,  it asks qrestions about visa class etc. I think it is update profile.

We already did that before the interview. I chose pickup at 2go, and that option is available at the other link on the left (the one you said is deadend). My ceac just turned “issued” yesterday afternoon, i hope they got my preferred delivery method right. Just a little bit more waiting..

hi. just want to share an update. i was worried the dashboard wouldnt get the delivery method correctly as i changed it last minute before my interview (from house delivery to outlet pickup). turns out the cgi federal saves each page automatically even if it's a dead end at the scheduling part. my passport is tagged as pickup at 2go tracking, updated just now.
