US Immigration from Philippines

Good day VJ.

I would like to ask if someone here who works in a medical field (who is the petitioner) tried having their K1 application expedited (NVC stage).

My Fiancee (Petitioner) currently works as a Clinical Documentation Specialist in a Hospital in CA. Hopefully next year she gets matched in her Residency Doctor program and we are thinking if we can use this as a reason for our papers to get expedited.

Has anyone tried this?

Hey everyone. I am working in Saudi Arabia for 8yrs in accounting dept particularly in accounts payable. Ive also worked before in my home country in BPO Industry in the same field. It will be tough for sure applying for the same jobs in the U.S.

FYI- I am not a CPA. Anyone here got jobs particularly in accounts payable? how was your experience?.

my mother in law has been planning to visit here in the US from the Philippines with a Tourist visa. My husband and I aren t sure if tourist visas are allowed to enter the country. But if they are allowed, does anyone know the requirements and rules if she is ever allowed to enter. Thank you so much.

Did anyone get lucky to secure an appointment? We re planning to go home end of next year but hubby s passport expires Jan 2021 and I can t seem to set up an appointment for renewal online...
