Hi Guys, December 14th I received a notice that I am scheduled for an interview. I received the letter via mail and I will be scheduled on Jan 27th 2021. I hope you can help me with these questions, and please wish me luck too 1. Is my medical exam still valid? I had it done on November last year and it s over a year now, and has been submitted to USCIS? Do I have to redo it again? 2. I prepared some joint finances and other requirements to bring. Thanks to VISAJOURNEY as my guidance. How many evidences you have brought when you attended the interview? Is it too exaggerating to bring 3 thick folders and one photo album? 3. What are the common questions they will ask to me and to my husband? I hope you could response to my questions. Happy Holidays to everyone. Regards,

Currently have had NOA2 approved since early February for my fiancee in the Philippines, but we had our interview cancelled in March due to Covid. With the way the politics are in the Philippines, it seems like to me that the US Embassy might not even open next year. I am thinking about setting May 1 as the "give up"date, as it seems like we have to move on with our lives at some point.

My fiance now wants to work overseas somewhere like Dubai or Qatar (she has a sister there). I have been against the idea because as I hear, such arrangements are normally for two years which throws several monkey wrenches into our plans to be together potentially. With our NOA2 was Nov. 13. however, and given the backlog at embassies, like Manila where they appear to be 9-10 months behind (and growing) (probably won't see nay real processing util vaccines are widespread and COVID cases are down, it seems unlikely we would get an interview date until 2022. If so, a two year OFW commitment could probably be completed without too much disruption to the marital plans. Also, I'm starting to feel like she could really learn some things from such an experience that she needs to, both good and bad. Relevant thoughts, opinions, experiences are welcome.
