US Immigration from Philippines

My father applied me a petition which he said I will be a greencard holder if it gets approved. The estimate time would be around 2 to 5 years from now, Is there a way to file my girlfriend or a process which is faster for her to follow me? My father said if I stay in the US for a year I can go back to the Philippines then get married then apply a petition for her but if I am not mistaken it would take 2-7 years am I right? He also advise maybe I can get a working visa then petition her? Is there a process where I can petition my girlfriend or a way to get her follow me asap?

Another Question:

She is thinking that if she gets a chinese citizenship would it be easier to apply for a US visa if we are a chinese citizen?

My father filed me using Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative on August 2018. The estimate approval might be in 2 to 5 years. My father asked his employer if he could get a working visa for me , he said I need to file for a working visa if I am approve then he will check if there is a position for me in the company. My father said the petition would give me a greencard , I really don't know the process. Will it void the petition of my father?
NOTE:

The working visa would be H-1B if I am not mistaken.

I submitted my application I-751 on December 12/21/2020 and tracking info says delivered 12/24/2020. As of today, January 9th, we still haven t receive a notification from the USCIS.

Does anyone have the same time frame with us and have receive an update?

We're shipping all our household goods and packing will end on 30 January, the latest. However, we were told there's a lack of empty containers in Asia. Wondering if anyone has any idea how much time this will delay our shipment.

Has anyone departed Philippines recently? I am trying to find out if PCR will be required at the airport. I have a delta (Korean air) flight scheduled with layover in Korea. Their site says no PCR required if layover is less than 6 hours. Just looking for others experiences when leaving.
