Would be nice if search results show the dates of when they were created. Almost always, what come up first are old/outdated threads. Alternatively, a "sort" function would also be good.

Should I just do a no-show and re-register online or do I need to call SLEC? TIA!

This case is regarding my brother, my mom petitioned for him under F2b category and she eventually naturalized in 2017, his PD was 3/9/2012. We are in the NVC stage at this point, my mom submitted all the AOS documents which also includes her naturalization certificate, my brother will be completing his DS-260 as soon as he gets his other documents, it just dawned on me that we did not notify USCIS when my mom naturalized thus his visa category remains at F2b, does it matter at this time? We are ok to have the automatic conversion to F1 as it seems to be 6 months faster than F2b. Do we need to do anything about this? Will the CO in Manila be ok with this? Will appreciate any feedback. Thank you!

I'd like to ask or maybe some clarifications about exit clearance. My baby has both a Philippine passport and a US passport.

Does my dual citizen 2 year old baby need an exit clearance or a CFO sticker when leaving the country to USA?
