01/19/2021- I drive my wife (applicant) to the Application Support Center only to see a closure notice outside. I check my wife's case status and it says the Biometrics has been rescheduled and they'll send a notice in mail and send request if not received by 02/15/2021. 02/15/2021- We never received reschedule notice so I go online and request notice; they finally email! "Thank you for your request: USCIS will review and process the request. Expect a reply by March 9, 2021." How does a three (3) day office closure delay processing by fourty nine (49) days? Is there a chance we are going to miss the rescheduled appointment waiting for the notice that never comes? Thanks in advance, Chengbert

Hello, Guys! Hope all is well I just want to ask question about submitting documents. Do we need to submit our petitioner birth certificate along with our docs? Or we just need to bring it on the interview day? Thanks Category: F4 PD: Feb 5 2002 Philippines

Hi everyone! I am currently in the process of pre-employement. Signing documents for the company that I am applying at. I got my citizenship last Sept 2020. Due to covid, i ve never had the opportunity to change my immigration status at Social Security. Is it necessary to do it now? Will it affect my employement? Or should i just wait till everything clears up?

Good day! Just want to ask if anyone here knows if the embassy will still issue a visa weeks before the medical expires? My friend's medical will be expiring on March 11 and until now her passport is still at the embassy. She had her interview on January 21 and CEAC status still says "Ready" and no updates have been made since Feb 2. She and her husband have been contacting the embassy thru email and phone numbers but they don't get any response. The interview went well, so what could be the possible reasons behind the delay? And will she still get a visa even if her medical is expiring soon? Thank you!!!

My K1 wife has her AOS interview scheduled on 2 Mar (yea!!!) Unfortunately, a situation has arisen where she might benefit from a trip to Mexico for some dental work. I know there is a document to file with USCIS allowing re-entry but we didn't file it at the time of filing of the AOS. I wonder if there is a way to QUICKLY get permission from USCIS for such a trip. Thanks in advance.
