=============

Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, January 28) The Philippines will again accept fully vaccinated foreigners from non-visa required countries for tourism and business purposes starting next month, Malaca ang announced Friday.

Kung matatandaan po natin nung IATF Reso 150-A natin, dapat sinimulan na po natin ito nung Dec. 1 pero sinuspend po natin pansamantala. So this now would start Feb. 10, acting presidential spokesperson Karlo Nograles said in a virtual briefing.

[Translation: If you recall IATF Resolution 150-A, we should have started (reopening) last Dec. 1 but we suspended it temporarily.]

These foreign nationals must hold passports valid for at least six months during their arrival, and must have a return or outbound ticket to their country of origin or next country of destination.

Travelers must also present proof for COVID-19 vaccination status, which include the World Health Organization international certificates of vaccination and prophylaxis, VaxCertPH, or the national digital certificate of their government that also accepts VaxCertPH as status proof.

Minors are exempted from these requirements according to Nograles. Fully vaccinated foreigners are likewise not included in the arrival quota set by the Department of Transportation and its one stop shop.

Nograles announced too the IATF s move to lift green, yellow, and red list classifications for other nations beginning Feb. 1.

All travelers must only present a negative RT-PCR test taken within 48 hours before departure and need not undergo facility quarantine anymore. Instead, they will self-monitor for any symptoms for seven days.

Starting Feb. 16, the country will only allow entry to fully vaccinated foreigners.

My fiancee and I put in a K1 visa January 2020. Life marches on, still waiting at NVC. We've already submitted a ds160 and my address and phone number is out of date after all these months. My fiance wants to resubmit the ds160, I'm afraid that'll cause more issues. I want to use the inquiry form to update my information. Who is right in this case? Thanks in advance.

I just wanna know what's the current timeline for the IR1 interview in Manila? Also, what's the wait time after you submit everything to the NVC before getting an actual interview date? I heard some other country takes a long time, like 2 years or more, before getting an interview because of covid backlog. Thanks!

How possible is it for an unaccompanied Filipina to be able to travel to Mexico? I m not going to be allowed back into the Philippines, how possible would it be for her to be allowed to travel to Mexico to meet with me? She has been out of the Philippines once, to Singapore on her previous Passport. She would stay with me there for 3-4 weeks to consummate our marriage.

I have the same type of question in my head also, Ive been been on NYS workers comp. since 2006, My mom passed away last June and I inherited her IRA and her savings account.

From there, my monthly deposit are a total of $2335, and the IRA and savings account total $160k. But i dont know these show up on tax returns, because its my time filing taxes with "inherited" income. Call me "clueless"
