US Immigration from Philippines

Has anyone gotten an interview for a B1/B2 visa at another consulate (located in another country), for example Singapore or Hong Kong? If so, what was the process like? Were you approved? Thanks.

I am inquiring about the RT-PCR test that is required before departure to the Philippines. We live in Cincinnati and her flight to the Philippines is leaving from LAX at 1030pm local time. My question is we are having difficulty with how to get this done within the 48 hours of departure and get the results back in time to be posted. Does anyone have any suggestions? We would greatly appreciate it.

After two years of waiting, my fiance and I have finally received a message that our case is being forwarded to the Manila Embassy. As we are reviewing the next steps, the Visajourney K1 Flowchart https://www.visajourney.com/guides/k1-fiance-visa-flowchart/ states that a "Forms and Checklist" will be sent to the beneficiary. Does anyone know how this is sent? I'm wondering if I should let my fiance know to watch for a text, email, or mail.
