US Immigration from Philippines

After two years of waiting, my fiance and I have finally received a message that our case is being forwarded to the Manila Embassy. As we are reviewing the next steps, the Visajourney K1 Flowchart https://www.visajourney.com/guides/k1-fiance-visa-flowchart/ states that a "Forms and Checklist" will be sent to the beneficiary. Does anyone know how this is sent? I'm wondering if I should let my fiance know to watch for a text, email, or mail.

Hi, i recieved the email from the NVC. What they means about the next step? Or we have to wait till they gonna send us appointment date from the US embassy?

My wife is travelling on her passport that is still in her maiden name. We have not done ROM. Tickets purchased to match the passport. What name should she register under on One Health Pass...married or maiden? Her vax docs and pcr test are both under married name. I'm guessing we want to match the passport and ticket? Thanks in advance.

Hello, I have a question

I wanted to know, What is the likelihood that a visitor visa would be granted to my wife's two children to come to visit her during their summer break?

Background info:

My wife arrived in January 2022 on a K1 visa

My filed filed for an AOS in February 2022

My wife is a Filipina

Her children have been raised by their Grandparents and don't want to leave their grandparents permanently

We didn't file for a K2 for the children because they will finish their education in the Philippines

My wife was abroad for most of their lives providing support for their family.

My wife would travel to the Philippines and travel to the US with the children

Please let me know if there is any pertinent information that I left out.
