US Immigration from Philippines

My fiance had an overstay in South Korea a few years back. She is back in the Philippines and I like to apply for a K1.

My question is, would an overstay in another country hurt our chances for a K1 Visa?

I would like to know if there is a specific contact number I can call to follow up on status of my

naturalization application. Due to a pending trip, I would like to talk to an actual officer who can check my

application and get an accurate estimate of when to expect the interview.

I guess another important question is: is this possible? Would I be able to get an accurate estimate if I call?

I applied for naturalization in August 2021 and my USCIS Field Office is in Charlotte.

My K1 Visa is pending in the US Embassy in Manila but we are planning on going to the Bahamas after we get married.

Example timeline:

June: Manila Embassy Interview

August: Flying to the US with an approved K1 Visa

Sept: Going to the Bahamas for a week then flying back to the US

What do I need to make sure I can fly in and out of the US for the Bahamas trip?

Received an email feb 2022 and the email content of me getting medical at st lukes extension clinic and get new nbi and national police clearance.

Question i was ask by the embassy to send all requirements listed

Police clearant

Nbi

Medical report

I sent all requirements to embassy how long does it take for such process and also what does it mean if they are asking for my passport?

My wife is currently in the Philippines and we have an active I-130. She should be healthy enough to pass the medical, however she does have Hepatitis B. It is controlled with medication. I know TB is a denial, but Hepatitis B that is controlled via medicine, would that be grounds for a medical denial?
