Thanks for the replies! The only problem is I don't have a valid ID with my family members ...I am sure this will cause problems with actual delivery. I went ahead and ordered the certificate, created the DHL shipment and paid for it but now of ocurse am running into trouble with the payment portal on the psaserbilis site. It won't accept my Visa card for payment. I don't know why they call it psaserbilis honestly. There is nothing fast or service-friendly about this process. Not sure what to do now except to try and find another card to use and hope for the best! -

Hello all! I successfully obtained my Report of Marriage document from Washington DC consulate in 2016. I now need to use this to report my children's birth in the Philippines. I am reporting the birth of two children so it seems I need to submit two orginal copies of my Report of Marriage. Does anyone know how I can obtain another ROM copy from the Washington DC consulate? I am assuming I don't need to send in all the requirements again as I just need a copy. Any insight would help!!! Thanks so much!

Hi all, Wanting to hit two birds with one stone! I need to travel to Washington state to apply for my dual citizenship as I am from NC. Would anyone have insight on the ff: 1) Do you know if one can successfully apply for dual citizenship and simultaneously submit requirements for Report of Birth (ROB) while at the embassy ? Or do these need separate appointments? 2) Can I just use ONE original copy of my Report of Marriage (ROM) to report the births of my two children? Or do I need to have ONE original and separate ROM copy for each ROB? Trying to streamline the processes involved as much as I can. Any advice would be great! Thank you all! Best, Karla

Thank you Yana, great idea! Curious though: what do you mean by "extension letter"? I am also wondering if I can call even if my case is still within the "normal processing time".

Thank you! So it's safe to assume that the agents can't tell exactly when the interview will take place...For some reason, the estimated time for decison on my case keeps changing in my USCIS online account (eg from 1 month to 5 months). Hard to tell when to expect the interview!!! Makes traveling difficult to plan

Hi all! I would like to know if there is a specific contact number I can call to follow up on status of my naturalization application. Due to a pending trip, I would like to talk to an actual officer who can check my application and get an accurate estimate of when to expect the interview. I guess another important question is: is this possible? Would I be able to get an accurate estimate if I call? I applied for naturalization in August 2021 and my USCIS Field Office is in Charlotte. Thank you in advance!
