US Immigration from Philippines

Is anyone else (I am sure there is, just feels lonely) been waiting 2 years for the I 751? Our filing was May 26, 2020, Biometrics completed on December 11, 2020 then nothing but crickets for the last 17 months.

Really caused an issue when we tried to buy a new home and the underwriter has basically accused us of lying since she "got her I 751 in 3 months...."

Just looking for someone to tell us they are still out there hanging in limbo too.

I applied using the 5 year residency eligibility. Husband and I have been married for 8 years now.

I m planning on bringing the following:

- tax transcripts 2014-2021

- original and copy of marriage certificate

- original and copy of kids birth certificates

- bank statements (like 3 months worth of statements for every year since 2015)

- leases for the past 5 years

- expired passport (only left the country once for 2 weeks in 2016)

Would these be enough? I simultaneously feel like it s enough and not enough.

Do I also need to bring passport photos? They waived my biometrics so I haven t gotten my photo taken by them.

Any other advice is highly appreciated.

All of us are Expedite with condition of DQ. What should I do? Should I request NVC to please expedite their document review to catch them up with me?

Our visa is showing as "Issued" on CEAC website. Since we're traveling around for a while, we chose against home delivery and picked an LBC location for delivery. Do they give any indication when the visa is actually delivered, or do we just call LBC every day until they receive it and it's ready for pickup? Thanks in advance.

I just finished reading through the requirements for the interview. It now states that you only have to upload them for interview and not bring them with you! Go to the Philipine US Embassy and read through the steps to apply for spouse or child. I plan to still put them in the interview packets, but it makes me wonder.
