US Immigration from Philippines

I'm filling out the I-134 for my K1 petition, and I'm stuck on the Dependents section.

I have 2 of my young adult children living with me and I only claimed one (my son) on my 2021 Tax Return, but in this year 2022, his status changed, he graduated last year from college and landed a job recently earning over 6 figures, but he still lives with me and pays me rent.

I read many sites that indicate you must include any dependent listed on your tax return, but the question on the AOS is; "The following persons are dependent upon me for support" ;

But he is not dependent on me at all, so the question is; do I include him?

Same situation with my daughter, she works and lives with me, however I did not include her as a dependent on my tax return because she earned too much.

If I do include either of them, I can always use the bottom section to add further information.. Any advice would be appreciated.

My wife and I just got married on a K1 visa and wanting to file AOS soon. My 2021 IRS tax transcript does not meet the poverty guidelines for i864, as I was unemployed for 2yrs and 2 & a half months due to living in my wife s country. I just started a new job as of the end of March 2022.

My question is; when filing AOS I864, can I use my 2022 predicted income backed up with paystubs and an EVL?

I've been looking around. My mom will have her B2 interview in January. She doesn't speak fluent English. Is there anyone here had a success in requesting an interpreter from the USEM Manila? I understand that they don't allow non-applicant inside but was I was wonder if the embassy itself offers an internal interpreter? She speaks Tagalog.

In order to enter the Philippines these days, part of the requirements is to register for this OHP QR code number. Unfortunately, i unwittingly (ill-clicked) and hired a company to process the Bureau of Quarantine form. Philippines-Health Pass (dot twits) comes up first on the list slyly inserting themselves into the process and collects $65 for their "professional, expert" service. They don't do diddly but send the form to the Dept of Health/BOQ, which then sends back the Code#, and they send it on to you (pfft!). But the required covid test allows a short 48 hour window to align all the little hoops or you get no boarding pass. Anyway, the jackasses were late emailing me the code number, and i missed my freaking flight. They did refund the $65. i'm at the least still out the covid test and flight rebooking fees, not to mentinon the hours of time prepping for a month vacation. My love for this "advanced", new technical world continues to grow by leaps and bounds.

I just filed the i130 online for my wife in the Philippines. I had a lot of supporting evidence such as family pictures, pictures from the wedding, joint bank account documents, screen shots of Facebook chats, pics with the judge who solemnized our marriage, gifts from the wedding made out to both of us, and letters from third parties saying that they were at our wedding and we are in an ongoing and loving relationship.

Here is the dilemma. In the section where it asks: "How many times have you been married? Include all annulled marriages, marriages to other people, and marriages to the same person." I put that I was married twice because my wife and I had two ceremonies one civil and one in the church. But in legal terms I guess we only got married once and the other was a religious ceremony. The first ceremony was in the Catholic Church but we did not register that wedding with the PSA (Philippine Statistics Authority). The second ceremony was a civil ceremony where we got married in the local municipal hall in which the marriage was solemnized by a judge. We registered the civil ceremony with the PSA because we wanted to fast track the documents to be able to file the i130 ASAP. I read somewhere that the first marriage is the legal one however we didn't register the church ceremony we registered the civil ceremony.

Is there a chance we will run into RFE's because I put we married twice to each other? Is there a possibilty of my petition to be denied because of this? Or did I answer the question correctly? Should I type up a service request for a typo and put that we only got married once and explain that one wedding was a religious ceremony and the civil wedding is the actual legal wedding that was registered with the Philippine Statistics Authority?? Help please and thanks.
