I-130 for married brother with children

Hello all, I desperately need advice. This is my first time filing for I-130 for my married brother and also married sister (Filed for both of them on March 2022). I misunderstood the I-130 process, I thought that once my brother's I-130 is approved, his sons and wife are automatically approved as well. I did not know that the wife and the sons each need to have their own I-130 filed by my brother once he will be here. Now my problem is that, my brother is from Philippines, so the I-130 timeline will be more than 10 years and once that time comes, my nephews will be 26 and 27 years old. Is there a way that my brother's wife and nephews will be able to come at the same time? I appreciate your response.

We're at the USCIS stage and waiting for our NVC case number. In the meantime, my wife's tourist visa to visit america expired. Can she renew her tourist visa to visit me in the states? How long can she stay?

I am very frustrated right now. My brother's finance and daughter are to board a flight to the USA on February 3rd. She had spoken to immigration offices near her that said that her daughter does not need an ECC-A because she has a US and Philippines Passport. I also posted the question to the bureau of immigration and there reply is opposite. See below.

I have already had to cancel the flight in December because her daughters US passport didn't arrive yet. That cost me $1000 additional for all the cancellation and charges.

Please Help.

Email from Bureau of Immigration below

Good day!

Kindly be advised that Philippine-born foreign nationals who will depart from the Philippines for the first time must secure an ECC-A prior to their departure.

Provided below are the requirements

For further inquiries or clarifications, you may coordinate with the concerned office thru:

02 8465-2400 local ext. 104/101/126

Thank you.

Feeling paranoid about I-129F

Hi,

I submitted my I-129F back in May of last year, and only got around to making an account here recently. When I got my paperwork together, I remember I had to re-print the last page of the I-129F because of a typo. This is also the same page you pure your signature on. I am fairly sure I signed it again, but I have been paranoid about possibly having forgotten. Everything else was fine. We submitted photos of us together, screenshots of conversations, statements of intent to marry, all the required proof of the relationship. We even included extra documents that weren't required, such as the beneficiary's Certificate of No Current Marriage. If the entire submission is perfect except I forgot to sign it, does the whole thing get rejected or will I just get an RFI? I will literally fly to California to their office to sign it if I have to. I would want to die if we had to start all over again over such a small thing. The wait times are so long :(
