  1. Thanks for the replies, I'll have her send it back with a personal check. It's a shame they couldn't have been more informative in the rejection notice.
  2. Helping my sister-in-law with her AoS and it got rejected. It appears they want a fee for the employment authorization. In checking my own application 10 years ago we didn't pay an extra fee for employment authorization. Thanks
  3. I am very frustrated right now. My brother's finance and daughter are to board a flight to the USA on February 3rd. She had spoken to immigration offices near her that said that her daughter does not need an ECC-A because she has a US and Philippines Passport. I also posted the question to the bureau of immigration and there reply is opposite. See below. I have already had to cancel the flight in December because her daughters US passport didn't arrive yet. That cost me $1000 additional for all the cancellation and charges. Please Help. Email from Bureau of Immigration below Good day! Kindly be advised that Philippine-born foreign nationals who will depart from the Philippines for the first time must secure an ECC-A prior to their departure. Provided below are the requirements https://immigration.gov.ph/images/BICitizensCharter/ECC-A.pdf For further inquiries or clarifications, you may coordinate with the concerned office thru: 02 8465-2400 local ext. 104/101/126 Thank you.
