My case number is 2021AS11XXX, I sent the DS-260 last week, I am aware that it is super late in the process now, and was wondering if I should go ahead and send the documents right away now? or if I should give it some time to get the request from KCC for documents?

I am renewing my I-765 while my AOS is pending, for question 25 on the form it is asking my current immigration status... Would I just put "adjustment of status applicant"?,

Also I left the states in December on my advanced parole and came back a week later with my advanced parole. They stamped my passport as DA: AOS. would that just be my current status?

Do you have to pay the 410.00 for the renewal?

Hi,

I had my interview in Montreal for 1R1 March 17, 2021. I was issued a 221g refusal until I could send in police check.

my status changed from refused to ready on April 27. I have no idea what this means. The officer who conducted my interview said he didn t see why I shouldn t get my green card. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Do I really need another interview or does this mean they have received all my documents? The date changed to today May 3 but it still says ready. So confused and worried!

Hopefully I"m in the right forum...If not my apologies.

I"m submitting the i-485, i-130, 1 864, i 131, i 765 today.

Spoke with an immigration lawyer on just answer and he's not answering my question...

I know I have to cut 2 checks.

$535 for the i 130

and $ 1225 <------- Does this include the I-485 fee of $1140 AND THE BIOMETRICS fee of $85?

I know those 2 numbers total 1225. But the lawyer is not answering if that includes biometric fee and i don't want to indicate it on my check if that's not the case.
