Hey Visa Journey!! If my mom is a greencard holder are my siblings who are under 21 able adjust their statuses in the USA? I ask because my mom is currently planning to move to the states from Canada as soon as her green card is issued and would like to bring them along as they're dependents. What is the best way to go about this type of situation? Much thanks!

Hi folks, I filed form i-130 and the receipt/priority date it Sept 11, 2017 If I check USCIS "time line" website @ https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ I really get confused because there is probable mistake in "receipt date for case inquiry" column at far right. They show US Citizens date older than Permanent Resident dates. Can anyone comment on that. If they are right my Receipt date case inquiry currently is May 8, 2019. So should I call them to find out or this mistake will be corrected by them later on. For reference I have copied screen capture of that page. Many Thanks, Sam

Hello. I'm here to share my concern about the K1 application. We submitted the K1 in March 2020, and received the NOA2 in November 2020. Until now, the case is still at NVC after its approval. It's been almost 6 months and we have no clue when and whether the case will be sent to the consulate in Montreal Canada. Do we have people here around the similar timeline? My worry is that the NOA2 would be expired at some point and the entire K1 process becomes invalid. Thank you for advising.
