Hi all! I just received notice that my interview was scheduled in relation to my I-751 and was wondering if anyone had insight as to what the interview process entails? Will my husband have to attend? Our children? What types of questions are asked? I attended the first one on my own so this is new territory for me. Thank you so much for any information!

Hello, After my interview got cancelled in March 2020, I just got re-schedule in Montreal for my F2B visa... I had all my docs ready for my first interview, and now for my second one all the docs are expired. I'm referring to the Police certificate, photos, Sponsor's tax records... Do they accept expired docs due to COVID? Or I have to get updated ones. Many thanks for all your help

Has anyone gotten divorced from their partner after becoming a permanent resident? This morning, I discovered my husband emotionally cheating with over 100 people on Tinder and other social sites. I confronted him about it and he does not want to go forward with reconciliation, just a divorce. We have two young children here in Washington State. I am not working (youngest just turned 1 year) and not sure what to do at this point. Ideally, I would like to bring them with me back to Canada. If I do this, my permanent residency will be abandoned. Does anyone suggest becoming a US citizen first and then doing so or just returning back to their own country? What else should I consider? Thank you

Hello, Hoping to get some advice here. My in laws are green card holder. They used to come to US every year and stay 6 months to keep the green card. They visited last in summer of 2019. They haven't been able to come back to Covid. We didn't want risk their health. They are fully vaccinated and we are hoping they can come back and stay here permanently. Since they haven't been back since 2019, now we are trying to figure out if we should apply again for them. Has anyone or relative traveled after 2 year. Asking here before going to lawyer. Thanks
