US Immigration from Canada

Hi Everyone,

The company that gave me a job offer do not want to wait for USCIS to expedite my I-765. They d rather sponsor me and give me a new work visa (eg H1B or L1 etc). Do you know if this will compromise my family-based AOS? I filed my AOS based on B2 visa. If I get an employment-based sponsorship and change from B2 to H1-B or other work visa, does this jeopardize my family-based AOS?

I have my divorce certificate(from civil registrar from Canada) but not a court decree. Do I need the court decree certified copy for the I 130 or the Divorce Certificate will be enough?

I am both an American and Canadian citizen living currently in Russia with my russian wife. I have a job offer back in the States and Id love to apply for DCF BUT the American embassy in Moscow has almost nobody working there now(some conflict with the US). So,, what are my chances? how can I bring my spouse as fast(yes,,i know there is nothing fast with uscis) as possible.?

Hi! I'm wondering if anyone has experience expediting their visa through NVC. I received my notice of approval through USCIS June 2, 2021 and the embassy in Montreal is backlogged (looks like they're about 7 months behind). This is obviously creating a lot of issues so we sent an email to attempt to expedite the visa from NVC to the embassy in Montreal. It has been about 5 weeks since the email has been sent and I haven't received a response. I called and waited on hold for 2 hours only for them to say they have not looked at the expedite request yet.
