US Immigration from Canada

The Dallas location received my I-129f on September 2nd, according to USPS tracking, as well as cashed my check. However, I still have not received my NOA1. Is this concerning? On the timeline, I notice that people are getting their NOA1's within a week or so. To be clear, they will mail something to me and/or email me, right?

I'm worried I did something incorrectly.

I-130 submited online finally. Receipt came from Texas service center, the emma agent says it is at Vermont service center. I pray to God his mistaken.

I forgot to add a trip that I did in 2019.

It was an 8 day trip to Europe that I forgot to account on N400 travel history. How do I fix this?

im confused. is the income requirement for I-13,0,, 21,777$ for 2 people per year or 110K per year?

I'm American, married a Canadian girl in 2010 and we were living in USA until 2014 when we moved to Canada to help her ailing parents. My wife had a green card which she gave up upon entry to Canada. As a previous green card holder, would she have a shorter re-approval process, and if possible, how to pursue that track? PS we are still living in Canada, in the Toronto area.
