Oh, yah, and I work two jobs so free time is at a premium.

Ditto. 12 hours a day on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Wednesday and Saturday are community choir and soccer for the kids. Sundays I grade papers (I'm a creative writing teacher) and most evenings when I get home from work. Fridays I usually read or rent a movie or veg.

Omg. I really do have a boring life when I view it that way :)

Those sometimes I join Mr. Fancypants and his wife and we all chant Communist propaganda songs and come up with ways to spread our liberal poison. Good times, good times.

That is fantastic. Can I use that as a quote? I know I quoted it here for this thread, but can I quote you in a signature or something?

Hmm, between work and VJ I play a lot of World of Warcraft. Mainly because to spend time with Josh means spending a lot of time at my laptop, so we play online games together. I have 3 level 70s on horde-side of Cenarion Circle (holy priest, shadow priest, beastmastery hunter, plus one more coming up very shortly - holy paly). Josh's main is a 70 prot warrior and he has a 67 feral druid on the way :)

I've found that WoW is fabulous for losing track of time, so it's making the visa process go by quicker for us :)

My hobbies include:

Genealogy/History - I've been researching my family history for nine years and volunteer to do record look-ups/take photos for others who don't live in the area but have ancestry here. I also volunteer - on occasion- to do other services at local institutions - recently helped the local catholic cemetery, the oldest one in my area - enter old burial records into a computer database. I also transcribe census data onto a free genealogy website. I am also a membership/group moderator of a Yahoo genealogy group.

Reading - although I haven't read anything outside of magazines in some time.

Cooking/Baking

Photography

Selling/Buying on Amazon.com and Craigslist.com

and of course, Visajourney

I guess that's about it

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

We went and picked our own pumpkins over the weekend. Played games, rode some rides, ran through corn fields, and the best.........rode a camel. Carved and cooked the pumkins. It was a good time.

I understand, but alone time is different. Yes, I enjoy my alone time. But doing something alone for me is not, truly, fun. I see enjoyment and fun as separate behaviours.

As I said, we are all different. I totally enjoy my alone time, be it walking, reading, swimming, whatever. It's different from family/friend time which is of course great fun too, but I enjoy it at least as much, and have as much fun (when I am doing an activity I enjoy).
