I've taken lately to drinking soy milk. It's not too bad!

Claudeth loves the soy and is getting the flovored stuff. I just can't bring myself to try it

Soy milk is good!

Me and my sweet girl drink milk, the 2% variety. My husband is lactose intolerant. I have a very close friend who has goats, ergo goats milk. It's very rich tasting, makes great ricotta cheese and hers is raw milk. She doesn't sell it, it's mainly for her family (and for me when I go down for a visit). Love my milk! :D

2% for us.

Wes drinks it like its going out of style. I only use it in tea and cereal. I'm more likely to get my daily ration of dairy eating cheese........which I love.

I'm not allowed cheese, its one of the many dairy products that triggers off my migraines.

I drink fat free milk due to being traumatized when I was younger and lived in France where my glass of milk with dinner always had a layer of cream on it and I had to finish it if I wanted to leave the table to listen to my Free Willy soundtrack.

I don't know if it's unhomogenized so I won't vote. But I only drink lowfat milk, always have, for 2 reasons: I don't like the taste of milk, I never drink it plain, so lowfat is not that thick milk yuck and second it has less fat, good for me since I always strugle to keep my weight.

As for how often, it depends, I usually change food habits so I won't get sick of it, like half year ago I was drinking everyday and lots of it. For the past few months I have been drinking like 1/2 to 1 cup on weekends only. Probably in another few months I'll go back to drink it more often.

I'm always like that, I spend months drinking or eatting the same regular food and then I totally stop and start with other food and so on so I never get really sick of anything.

But to compensate, I have yogurt everyday, on weekends usualy I have cheese, sometimes sour cream, ice cream, slimfast protein, so weekly I have lots of dairy, I know how important calcium is for us women.

I drink milk a few times a week, but sometimes I'll go months without and then have a craving and drink several glasses a day for a few weeks.

I usually buy skim or low-fat milk, but when in Brazil at my family's farm, we drink the raw milk, nice and fresh and boiled to kill the bacteria. I drink cow milk, only, btw.

I loathe milk unless it's in a milkshake.

ugh.

When I use it SPARINGLY and INFREQUENTLY on cereal - it's skim.

Stewart, on the other hand, drinks chocolate milk every day

Finally finished with immigration in 2012!
