Hello,

I have a pending withdrawal Mariage application at NVC ( we are divorced for more than one year now ). 

I got married few months ago and my question is: can i submit I130 application for my new wife while the old one still pending withdrawal?

As long as the second marriage clearly occurred after the first divorce.

 

Expect lots of scrutiny with that fast timeline, especially if you are bringing multiple people over from the same country, or bringing over someone from your country that you knew before marrying a USC.

from your post on another's post, your case went to NVC 9/2023 and your post May 2024 , you were planning marriage to the Canadian

 

your new case will be under much scrutiny as you did not wait for a divorce before starting new relationship

you must, you understand, include the dates of meeting the new wife online and in person 

your progress forward will be more difficult than the last marriage
